>"Well, I should be heading home now. I hope you have a good evening, Luna."
>Give her a little pat on the head, then depart the school and head home
>Luna laughs a small, brilliant laugh, then flutters off down the hallway, pleased as punch at her valiant defense of your property.
>The rain outside seems to have slackened a little, but the wind is still fiercely blowing. You keep a tight grip on your umbrella as you exit the school and make your way off of the school grounds, down the road towards the Moonside apartments. Traffic on the road outside of school is light, both on the road and in terms of foot traffic. In fact, the only body you see between the school exit and home is Meiling, nailing tarps over a few of her flowers. You consider stopping to offer help, but you know she has things well in hand. She's done this before.
>The lights are on in most of the Moonside apartments, save Letty's and yours. Your apartment being dark doesn't surprise you too much. Rin said she was going to start on supper, but if the lights are off, that probably means she's stepped down to Minoriko's for advice, or supplies, or assistance, or perhaps all of the above. You've no doubt she'll give you an update soon.
>Less mundane, however, is the sight that awaits you sitting outside your apartment door, which you spy as you climb the stairs. It is the doll-like form of the Purpose.
