> Begin firing a steady stream of arrowheads at the familiar nearest us.
> While shooting, beat a hasty retreat toward the space above the familiar closest to us, adjusting our aim during the flight as needed to keep pumping at the familiar.
>You start firing on the familiar that you dodged earlier, moving above it and continuing to rain arrowhead danmaku on it.
>As you do, the fountains of danmaku continue to spray further outward, until the nearly reach Sariel; whom you think has picked up a couple of new burns. Kasen finds herself suddenly having to back away as the danmaku starts to curve, and then fall inward like water droplets, quickly becoming a thick rain that Kasen flees from as quickly as she can, taking several nasty-looking hits with remarkable stoicism.
>You find that some of that rain of bullets is coming back toward you. You are certain your danmaku is affecting the familiar in some way, it's not just dissolving, but you have no idea how effective it is being. The bullet rain coming upon is a nasty cluster, not quite as speedy as the shrapnel bullets were, but dense.
