The impression you got from her when she came to challenge Sanae was that she was, for all intents and purposes, a kid who was a little too big for her britches. These two dracotaurs, however, seem more advanced than that, is more confrontational. Cirno, after all, didn't introduce herself to you by flinging an ice cloud in your face.
