That works, but let's refine it a little bit so we're not all jammed into one tiny place.

> "Everybody grab a stall. Avoid the ones closest to the door. Ruukoto should probably take one furthest from the door to minimize chances of them finding her first. Once you hear chaos, bust out and help out."

>"Ah, right, okay," says Ruukoto, as she scurries toward the far end of the bathroom.
>You claim a middlemost stall, while Kasen claims a near one and Yumemi one of the further ones. The stall is is fairly cramped, but not so much that you aren't able to move freely, and features a large ceramic bowl that seems to be made to sit on, with a thick ceramic backing. The stall is meticulously clean, you get the feeling that the smell is from whatever they use to clean it.
>You wait, positioning yourself. A few minutes pass, and you can hear Yumemi fidgeting in her stall from time to time. Then the door opens, and you can hear someone walk inside.

>You do so, barely taking time to look before coming down on a nearby soldier, who probably never saw it coming. He goes down with a solid thud. Danmaku  flies heavy through the confined space and more deafeningly loud cracks and screams come out. The soldiers are trying desperately to move away, and Kasen is definitely among them.
