>Chiri surveys the land, then checks her map dress. Nope. She has no way of finding that guy.
>Well, if worst comes to worst, Hina can always follow the trail of misfortune that hangs around Chiri.
>That's when she is hit by a pair of boots. Then dress shoes. Then high heels.
>Chiri decides that now is as good a time as any to get out of the shoes' trajectory.
>Patchouli frowns, then tries reading the incantation backwards. The result is unnoticeable to her, but somewhere in Gensokyo, a giant tree has just sprouted down from the underside of a cloud.

>Remilia - Sweatdrop.
>Flandre - "Oh. Time to find another toy!"
>Let's find another one! And this time, let's go a bit easier on it. Pausing to see what it turns into each time, and goofing around with the toy if it becomes something fun.

>Flandre throws aside the solid block of cookie dough and grabs a toy teapot to kyuu. It turns into a carton of milk.
>She tries again, and it turns into a stuffed cow.
>Chiri is now wondering why she is suddenly tangled up in the branches of an upside-down tree. She sighs. Today is just that sort of day.

>Of course, the tree chooses this time to heed the call of gravity. It drops down to the ground, where it shatters into blobs of bright turquoise goo.
>Chiri stands up in the goop. "By all logic, what is happening around me should be impossible. Now, the question is why it is happening," she muses.
>Chiri then realizes something. "Well, since this dress is covered in goo, I now have an excuse to quantum up a better one!"
>She immediately gets to work after making sure nobody is watching.
>Unfortunately for her, she doesn't notice the magic circle glowing underneath all of the goo.

>Hina: "I'm sensing a great deal of misfortune."

>Hina frowns. She can't go towards misfortune like that! Trailing misfortune is always too much trouble for its worth. It's easier to just go towards catastrophic events that only happen because of extreme misfortune...
>In the distance, a geyser of water shoots up in the sky. A relatively small bolt of lightning strikes it, then the geyser disappears as quickly as it appeared.
>...such as something like that. Hina heads towards the disaster zone, knowing who to expect. Nobody else gathers that much misfortune at once.

>In the library itself, Patchouli and Koakuma are finally asleep. Seems like they drank way too much. It's a wonder that the library itself is still relatively intact.

>"I thought that would be you."
>Chiri: "Let me make a new dress before you take the misfortune."
>Hina: "Sure."
>Turn around.
>Chiri: Make the new dress. And if we go with another map dress, make sure we can find Hina using it.

>Hina - "Oh dear. Quite a lot of misfortune."
>Chiri - "Staaaaaars..."

>Hina stares. "What the heck happened to you?"
>"I'd rather not talk about it. Can I just spend some time to make a new dress? This ones all sticky and gooey now."
>Hina nods. "Sure."
>Hina turns around as Chiri quantums up another map dress. It looks the same as before, but there are now badges with Chiri's and Hina's faces stuck on it.
>Hina examines the new dress a little more closely. Those two badges are in roughly the same spot on the map as Chiri and herself are at.
>Chiri smiles confidently. "This is a much more helpful dress. Now, can you take away my misfortune before something really bad happens?"
>Hina smiles back. "Sure! Misfortune gathering time~!"
>She starts spinning, and soon Chiri's bad luck is contained in Hina.
>Chiri grins. "Thanks."

>Hina nods. "Strangely enough, you don't seem any more unfortunate than the average human, so this can't be explained as bad luck..."

>"Sure! I'm actually sort of surprised that they work so well..."
>Rinnosuke and Hina chatter happily as they go into the back room. Chiri is left by herself in the actual store when the door slams open.
>A bird youkai with a mix of white and blue hair is in the doorway. "Today's the day I get my books back!" the youkai announces.
>She looks around. "Huh? Where's the shopkeeper?"

>Flandre - This is a blast! let's keep at it!
>Remilia - She certainly has quite a lot of energy.

>Remilia smiles. Flandre seems to be better already, playing with toys that don't break.
>Sakuya appears behind her, along with several Chibi Sakuyas. "Remilia, I have finished cleaning. Would you like breakfast now?"

>Flandre: Pick one and kyuu it nine times to get another Cirno toy.

>Flandre wonders if kyuu-ing something nine times will always result in a Cirno toy.
>To test it, she grabs a wooden block at random and kyuus it nine times. It ends up being a Cirno bobblehead.

>She shakes her head clear. "Well since he's obviously not going to come out any time soon, I guess now is as good a time as any to take some of my books back."
>Chiri stares as the youkai hums while picking books off of the bookshelf behind the counter. She briefly considers doing something, but decides against it. This youkai might have super cheating powers, too.
>Flying back to her house, Marisa examines the micro-hakkero once more. Then she accidentally discharges another laser in the direction of Misty Lake.

>Remilia - "Ah, of course. Flan! Breakfast!"
>Flandre - "E-eh?! So soon already?!"
>...Well, we are kinda hungry. Adventuring and partying and playing makes a girl hungry after all~!

>Flandre charges out the door, with the strangely cute battle cry of "Breakfast~!"

>By the time Remilia arrives in the dining room with a leisurely stroll, it is quite clear that Flandre has no idea where the dining room, or anywhere else for that matter, is.
>Sakuya sighs. "I'll go look for her. Chibi Sakuyas, cook up a suitable breakfast for milady and her sister."
>She vanishes in search of one of Gensokyo's many directionally-challenged residents.

>"Of course!" Cirno exclaims. "This sword is proof of my victory! I shall use it in all battles henceforth!"
>She holds it up triumphantly in the air. A stray giant laser proceeds to incinerate it. Gensokyo is just like that some days.

>Flandre is completely lost within Castle Scarlet. Seriously, that place is ridiculously huge especially without deathtraps punctuating the endless number of hallways.
Plot? We can't have a new plot in the epilogue unless it's a sequel hook!
...Well if you really want to, you can discover a bit of plot to end this adventure and start the next one. Are you sure you want to do this?

>To help with finding Flandre, Patchouli enchants Koakuma's maps to show the location of people in the mansion.
>Sakuya grabs the maps as soon as Patchouli is finished so she can use them to find Flandre. It's never good to leave that vampire girl unattended for long.
