>Once about 20-25 seconds of that passes, we'll use Boomerang Scythe and hope we don't time out first.

> You move as fast as you can, while defending yourself. However, you can't keep away from the lasers for 20 seconds, you can only manage about 12.

> You enter the spell trance, and the laser washes over you, with no effect. Is there anything in particular you want to aim Malus at?

>Let's have him just careen around the field bustin' up shots as he goes!

At first you think just throwi it anywhere, when something comes into your head.

>AIm for the orbs.

> You aim Malus towards the path of the Ying-Yang Orb. At first it misses, however, you manage to hit one of the orbs on your second throw. The orb's pulsing red shield vanishes, and the laser thins. When the boomerang scythe comes back around, it its it again, and the orb vanishes with a 'Picchun!' sound.

> You destroy all four orbs, and Reimu appears where the lases were converging, unleashing a very thick, and pretty fast, pattern of amulet danmaku, the general shape being ying-yang orbs, which, after moving a distance, erupt and spray the amulets everywhere.

> You kind of have to throw Malus at something in the spellcard, but you just circumnavigate this by having it target yourself, since you're invulnerable, it just flies around you for a short time.

> You can hear inside your head a 'boop' sound every second. You can also hear a 'boop' from outside your own head. It's almost like an echo.

> You figure the beeping sound is a countdown to the spells timing out, and looking at Reimu's face tells you this is likly, as she looks worried.

> The tone changes after seven beeps, to a 'BoopBeep' before both spells simultaneously end after a count of three. Reimu looks tired.

> "Keh... shoulda figured you'd have a survival spellcard... you went invulnerable for the start of our last fight." Reimu says.

> You call out your next spellcard, and the battlefeild gains a floor, made of floor tiles, which proceed to fly at Reimu in no particular pattern, while you're also making and flinging more from the sky.

> Reimu's movements seem sluggish, she's having trouble even evading the tiles, which are pretty slow danmaku at this stage, and the card gets thicker as it goes on.

> "Hey, hey not in front of everyone!" Reimu hisses quietly.

> They're not ceramic, these ones are made of magic technically.

> Although, they feel like cement slabs, not ceramic ones. The Dream Mansion is old-fashioned.

> The pace of the flinging gets faster, until the end of the spell, where all the remaining tiles making up the ground fling fowards at once. The tried Reimu has no chance of dodgeing, takes several hits, and then crash-lands outside the shrine's entrence.

> Upon the impact with the ground, Sukia waddles out of the shrine, and trips over Reimu, lying on top of her.

> Tenshi and Remilia return the skies to normal, after all, the point of the incident is over.

> "There's one thing I don't get." Reimu says. "Usually, when something goes wrong, at least Marisa gets involved. Sanae usually sticks her nose in too. Yet they are nowhere to be seen. I understand why Sakuya wasn't involved... on my side, of course."

> "Wait, so you convinced Sanae not to interfere... and wore out Marisa." Reimu says.

> "Actually, I'm still half expecting Yuuka to pop up behind you and point a spark at my face," Reimu admits. "I mean, EVERYONE ELSE has claimed to be behind this today, even Cirno..."

> "I wanted to steal peaches too!" Tenshi adds.

> Remilia facepalms at that statement. Reimu looks blank, before saying, "About as stupid as half the incidents these days."

> While the red mist is gone, and the aurora, you can't help but notice a faint, white mist seeping into the area.

> "Wait... this mist... I'm sure I've seen it before." Reimu says.

> "Same here." Tenshi adds.

> "It was when that slacker was around during the Scarlet Weather Incident. " Reimu says, before adding, "But why would she be here?"

> You hear the sound of metal scraping along the ground. The familiar sound of a scythe.

>Let's get ready for a fight, and wait for her to show herself properly.

> "Final Boss? Why would you call me that?" Komachi's voice rings out, as she walks out from the mist.

> "A-a reaper!" Tenshi says, slightly panicked.

> "Ah yes, you again. Don't worry, I'm not here for you this time, although if you get in my way, I'll warn you that I've been promoted to actually be able to reap souls, instead of just ferrying them." Komachi says, before adding, "Well, more returned to duty. Hell found the solution to the financial issues we were havin'... make us work more hours."

> Komachi swings her scythe, drawing a line in the ground, by your feet.

> "You can either cross that line voluntarily, or I will make you. Don't try to run, you know you won't cover any distance with my ability." the shinigami says.

> Remilia orders Sakuya to attack Komachi, but Sakuya... freezes in mid-air, and then lands.

> "You won't cover any distance attempting to interfere either." Komachi says.

> There is a flash of light, and you hear a voice.

> "You know, just because you shorten the distance doesn't mean what exists within that distance ceases to exist. While your distance manipulation may prevent others from interfering from outside the boundary you decree, it doesn't stop someone already inside from interfering. There are thousands of flowers along this line... after all."

> The light fades, and Yuuka is standing between you and Komachi. "I know due to the way your powers work, there is no way for me to stop you dragging my employee off, kicking and screaming. So I'll just warn you; you take her; you'll have to take me as well. I'll raise a complaint to your boss. Negotiate... violently."

> Yuuka then looks to the tree youkai, who suddenly teleports next to her.

> "Huuh?" the tree youkai says, after her teleportation

> "You're coming too, Apple Tree." Yuuka says. "I can manipulate plants, so you don't have a choice in the matter."

> "Wait? I'm an Apple Tree?"

> "You didn't know what kind of tree you were? Well, I guess that can't be helped, don't meet that many other plant youkai. I guess you probably don't know that you're the same tree that makes up her scythe either. I wonder if Elly figured that out yet, seeing as you have the same powers. "

> Komachi looks annoyed. "You really are a fool, if you think you can convince the Yamas otherwise. If you wish to die so badly, so be it."
