I've got to disagree. MarisaB has the strongest bomb in the game, and MarisaA's works in very much the same way. While it is certainly weaker, you have twice as many. (I don't remember MarisaC's, but I suspect that it's terrible.) In any event, those Marisa bombs are all about placement, and the same is true for ReimuB. In some cases it's useless, and in others it can deal heavy damage by simply dropping it directly on top of the boss. I find it odd that you'd mention Rin's Needle Mountain, when that's one of the most notable places where ReimuB's bomb outshines ReimuA's. That attack spawns thousands of bullets from a single point. It's what ReimuB's bomb was built for. Further, you say "You can straight out skip a lot of cards with that bomb" which is generally the hallmark strategy of ReimuC, MarisaA and B, and is usually referred to as an advantage that those shots have over ReimuA. On top of that, they have the advantage of essentially dealing fixed damage, while ReimuA's bomb gets weaker as you lose power (since it's damage comes from letting you get free shots on the boss). Getting through Needle Mountain with just one bomb, even at full power (which becomes 3 instantly) sounds a little dubious to me, though I'll give you the benefit of the doubt there. However, I'm sure that if you go into that spell with 2 power, you're going to use both bombs and still have time left to die before the spell ends.
And I'm typing too much. Making myself look like an asshat. Whatever. My impression is that you seem to be neglecting the potential of most bombs to be put on top of the boss, where they deal tremendous damage in comparison to ReimuA's. If not, then never mind.
