>Now, in what sort of direction could we push her fate in if she accepted? it would be nice if she could still come along, but not get possessed. Or at the very least, be in a situation where the Sin could be expelled within the minute.
>Strictly speaking, you don't really NEED her permission to manipulate her fate, now that you know it. It just makes things a bit easier, makes the process less energy consuming.
>Manipulating her fate to make this possession short, or harmless, is possible. You could manipulate the fabric of her being to make her resistant to possession by otherworldly forces at the appropriate time, either rendering her completely immune, or making her an unsuitable host which would reject the parasite after mere seconds. You could make this permanent, if you wanted, but that might have consequences you haven't forseen at this point.
>You could also push her fate so that she wasn't in the right room at the right time. For instance, if she was fated to be possessed by Envy in, say, the kitchen of the temple, then you could push her fate so that she was in the bathroom when Envy was there, and thus, the opportunity would pass. It's not a guarantee, but it is easy to do.
>And of course, you could be a bit radical, and push her fate so that she and Mystia go home together, and spend the night together. Takes a bit more energy, but, using one's imagination is encouraged. And makes a better show.
>"A more favorable one. You see, I saw that if you were to stay here at the temple, and Byakuren came with me, you would be possessed by Envy, or one of the other Sins."
>"If you were to come along, you would also be possessed by one of the Sins. So you can see why I'm offering you the chance to have your fate adjusted."
>"Well, uh..."
>As Wriggle stews, Mystia asks you, "Well, what if she just went home? Didn't stay here, didn't go with you?"
