>Cirno uses her bigger cards.
>Kogasa Spellcards?
>Alright, we'll move on to Lunar Eclipse next!

Kogasa has a lot of spells:

'Deceive' cards
Large Ring- Umbrella Halo / Hello Forgotten World, depending on intensity
Umbrella Sign: Parasoul Star Symphony / Memories
Rain Sign: A Rainy Night's Ghost Story / Umbrella "Super-Water Repelling Bone-Dry Monster"
Halo "Karakasa Surprising Flash"
Umbrella Sign "One-legged Return Hit"
Rainbow Sign "Umbrella Cyclone"

'Surprise' cards
Monster Sign "A Forgotten Umbrella's Night Train" / Monster Train "Spare Umbrella Express Night Carnival"
Umbrella Sign "Lightly Falling Large Raindrops"
Surprising Rain "Guerrilla Typhoon"
Rainbow Sign "Over The Rainbow"
Umbrella Sign "Flurry Traveler"
Surprise Sign: Kogasa Spark

Note: Kogasa aims to surprise people. As a result, she cannot use more than two spells from one catagory in a row. Her Deceive spells tend to be weaker, to lull her foes into false security, and usually involve spinning her umbrella to make danmaku. Surprise cards are her stronger ones, used after she gets their guard down!

> Cirno's biggest spellcard is Perfect Freeze, so she would use that, but it would freeze your bullets too, so confirming that is needed. Otherwise she'd use Minus Kelvin.

>Alright, Kogasa will use One-Legged Return Hit.

[Never actually played DS. I just assumed since it's her first spell it's easier That and OTR and Flurry seem... more deceptive spells, they see the danmaku and go 'OH NO']

> Kogasa starts spinning her umbrella, sending out flurrys of danmaku, occasionally thrusting with the shoe at the base to unleash 'lances' of bubble danmaku.

> Cirno, about halfway through your barrage, uses Perfect Freeze, and freezes all of the bullets around, before sending them in random directions. Ran actually takes a clip from this, and then lands gracefully.

> "Oh, I touched the floor." Ran says happily. "I guess that means you win."

> "Ran?" Chen asks.

> "They showed what I wanted them to show, Rumia realized what she can't do alone she can do with her friends, even if she's got stronger, she still needs them. Besides, Yukari needs to speak with Rumia anyway." Ran says.

> "On the other hand, Reimu and Sanae came accusing her, which isn't the case. That and Yukari's house doesn't fit eleven."

> "To be fair, they are right to be skeptical of me. I do have the power over boundaries and borders. Such as the border separating Gensokyo from the outside world." Yukari says, twirling her umbrella slowly above herself.

> Yukari waits a few moments.

> "At the very least, Reimu is right in accuseing me of being lazy. The mikos are being logical... however, they are incorrect. I have nothing to do with this incident, and worse, I cannot do anything about it. The rabbits entered Gensokyo without passing the border. Nor are they from Gensokyo. They entered another way, and it has nothing to do with my gaps I can conjure, I can only reach where the rabbits come from once a month, and today is not that day."

> "So then, with what I have told you thus far, what do you think is the cause?" Yukari asks. "It is boring to just monologue."

>"Yes."

> "I cannot be bothered to monologue. Ran, if you please?" Yukari asks with a smile.

> "Gensokyo is not the only hidden realm from the outside world of Earth. This is one other, a much larger civilization. They are the Lunarians. They live on the Moon, and can hide their civilization from human eyes. Their technology would make the Kappa envious, and their magic is incredibly powerful. They see Earthlings as inferior, and detest us. We are like insects to them." Ran says.

> "Not too many years ago, shortly after Remillia and the Scarlet Mansion entered Gensokyo, Yukari decided to teach Youkai a lesson about getting over-ambitious, and, on the full moon, opened a portal to the moon, launching an... 'invasion' of sorts, which she knew would fail. This was to send a message. The Youkai who originated in Gensokyo, or ones who arrived recently and saw how many there were, were thinking of leaving, and attempting to make it in the outside world. This would be doomed to fail. The Lunar Invasion was to show the Youkai they could not set their sights outside Gensokyo."

> "Yukari had arranged this with the Lunarians, of course, they were prepared, and didn't take any lives. Because all that fought were two Lunarians. Against several of Gensokyo's most prominent characters. They took no damage whatsoever, no matter what everyone threw at them. Even a Master Spark fired from Marisa, who snuck along for the fun of it, was cut in two like it was a leaf." Ran says.

> "It is these two people arriving in Gensokyo that we fear the most. If they arrive personally to accomplish their mission, they will not hold back, and it is likely Gensokyo will be completely destroyed. The Lunarians see us as insects, and will treat us as such. These two are stronger than even Mistress Yukari." Ran finishes.

> "Thank you Ran. There is another history lesson as well, related to the aims of the Lunarians. However, feel free to ask any questions." Yukari says.

[Note: I've never actually read SSiB. I may have some details wrong.]

>"You said they're stronger than Yukari. Are they stronger than old-me?"

> "I'll get to that." Yukari says.

> "In a word, yes, worse, both of them individually are stronger. That is likely why Ran refused to let you pass until you showed teamwork with the others."

>"If they're from the moon, does that mean that they're looking for Eientei?"

> "Ah, so you are aware of Eientei? You are correct, they are looking for Eientei, specifically, Kaguya Houraisan. The situation on the moon changed, leaveing Kaguya as the only heir to the Lunarian Throne, despite being exiled. The council on the moon voted to overrule her exile, and bring her back. However, Kaguya does not want to leave. Over her millennium on Earth, she has come to love it. Not to mention she resents the Lunarians for their treatment of her and Eirin, and sees returning now as only being used by them." Yukari explains.

> "This is compounded by the fact that Kaguya refuses to leave Eirin, but the Lunarians don't want her back. For the last year, I have been attempting to quell the situation, but the Lunarians have decided to take Kaguya by force, any means necessary, even if it means going onto the land they see as below them, and ravaging it and all Kaguya loves to forcibly pull her away."

> "You see, when Eirin and Kaguya created the Hourai Elixir, it was outlawed. However, the pair had already taken it, after all, it had to be tested for them to make claims of immortality. The duo were banished to Earth by the Lunarians when they realised this. The rest, well, you can ask Kaguya about her rivalry with Mokou if you want." Ran says.

> "Any questions?" Yukari asks, with a smile.

> Yukari laughs.

> "I hate to say it... but that won't work. I'll state it again, both of them ALONE are stronger than I am. With all of my border manipulation. I can manipulate things such as the boundary between weak and strong, life and death, good and evil, yet they still eclipse me in power." Yukari says, "If there is a way to defeat them, I am not aware of it. Worse still, one of the two has the tools to harm Gods, linked to Divinity herself, so not even Kanako or Suwako could stand before them."

> "The best way to stop them is to find how the rabbits got in. My theory is technology is bringing them in, specifically, a teleporter. The Kappa would not do this. This leaves two beings in Gensokyo versed in technology. Rika and Rikako. I'm not sure about you, but I know who my money is on to be bringing the Lunarians here."

> "The Lunarians cannot just create a device and bring themselves into a realm they cannot see or find easily. The magical nature of Gensokyo stops that. They would have to force their way in, or come from inside. There is also the issue that if they want to bring Kaguya back to the moon, it has to be two-way, so there would need to be a similar device in Gensokyo anyway." Yukari says.

> "Shinki was only stopped because you are from Makai, and she was not at full power, due to being outside of her realm. The Lunarians have no such vulnerability. They have already shown us their power, against many of the strongest in Gensokyo." Yukari answers.

> "There is also one more matter of which I must speak to you about. This one, however, is not related to the Lunarians, but you. I'm sure you've noticed you've changed. The time is coming when you will have to face your past. Soon... likly very soon, from what I can tell from the seal, you will enter a battle within your own mind, and you will have to subdue the madness itself. Failure will likely release the madness, seal or not, success, on the other hand, will likly free your power from the shackles of the madness, and you will be able to unlock your full power." Yukari says.

> "Because fighting them is suicidal!" Yukari shouts. "At least of they force their way through the barrier, it'll wear them out and give us a chance! Just one of these people managed to defeat Remillia Scarlet without even taking a single blow!"

> "Asking Kaguya, however, is a wise idea. However, I also suggest asking Eirin. Eirin used to teach them, she knows these two. I still maintain that seeking out Rika is the best course of action, but, in the end, it is not up to me what you do." Yukari says, yawning, "I'm too sleepy to convince you..."

> "Yes, looking at you now, and seeing the border between your current self and your past, the seal will enter it's final phase within days, most likly. When this happens, you will have a mental struggle as the seal breaks, and the insanity tries to take hold. Your inner strength must be enough to overcome the madness when this happens, or else you'll return to what you used to be." Yukari warns.
