Wow, I don't remember. I think most of them stayed about the same. The only one to have gone from straight down to straight up to straight down is Cosmic Mind just because.

Uh, I'm pretty sure I did hate UN Owen at the very beginning, so there's one.

I used to not really care for most of EoSD's music, but after hearing certain other versions of it (T.Stebbins' IT IS SO of stage 1, Cytokine's Girl Meets Girl of Septette), have now come to like the originals. (Yeah, that's right, I used to not like the most popular Touhou track ever, what is wrong with me).

Nothing particularly stands out as having gone from bad to good, but there are a ton of bad to "serviceable" for me. Included in these are Mokou's theme, PCB's extra theme, and Kanako's theme. There are a ton more, but eh I don't feel the need to remember them all.

I just remembered a couple more.
I used to extremely dislike Kyouko's theme. I don't know why, it just rubbed me the wrong way. It has also warmed up to me over the many times I've fought her.

Miko's theme always goes up and down for me. Must depend on what kind of mood I'm in.

Alice Maestra and probably everything from Phantasmagoria of Flower View and the fighting games. Didn't really like listening to them at first, then got over it. There isn't a theme out there that I dislike currently.

I suppose I wasn't excited about Futatsuiwa from Sado at first, but I love it now. That's all I can really think of.

PS: Part of Tewi's theme reminds me of Eastern Youkai Beauty. :V

I used to dislike Last Remote, then Yuuhei Satellite's arrange of it blew my mind.

Yuuhei Satellite made me change my mind about Fate of Sixty Years as well.

As a final boss theme, it feels disappointing when compared to the many, many outstanding songs found in MoF. I only changed my mind after listening to it at a mountain lake. Appropriate, isn't it?

And it's no good when it comes to whistling

It's weird, because it's the only final boss theme that I clearly prefer to the extra theme, and my third-favourite final boss theme in general (after the two IN ones). Overall, most final boss themes are just "good" for me, not really "great" like the extra themes usually are. Maybe I shold listen to Border of Life or Nuclear Fusion etc. more, although I will not like them more than Necrofantasia or Hartmann's Youkai Girl.

Nope, can't think of any. For me it's often more like liking a song to begin with but then realizing that it really isn't that great later on.

Biggest offender by far is Lullaby of Deserted Hell.

Phantom Ensemble used to be my favourite theme (from when I had just played PCB and later IN, mind you), but for some reason it has lost its magic a rather long while ago. The calm parts are actually really beautiful, but they don't really connect anymore. Same for the characters themselves, actually (can we do that one next?).

Things that went from dislike to like: Most of PoFV's original songs. In particular, I found that Reimu's theme is very nice when you're lying on a hammock on a summer afternoon, though I don't like it in-game. Some of IN's soundtrack has grown on me as well.

Things that went from like to dislike: Most of UFO's soundtrack, and some PCB. Particular things would be Shou's theme, and Alice's (Doll Judgment). I generally don't start disliking things once I like them, and I don't consider the usual boredom that comes from hearing a song too many times as dislike. The only exceptions are things that sort of "wow" me the moment I hear them, get me very addicted, then become completely uninteresting once I know which notes are coming, etc. A lot of Metallica's guitar solo's (or metal guitar solo's in general, really) tend to have this quality. Non-melodic super fast stuff.

I feel like I should draw some parallel between music and shooting games now, but I won't.

The only thing I can think of is the PoFV remix of Cirno's theme. Not that I hate it or anything, but initially I considered it to be superior to the original, whereas now I think it's slightly worse.

Dislike to like: Heian Alien is probably the biggest one. I thought it sounded like crap when I first heard it, then I warmed up to the chime section, then I warmed up to everything else, and I'd say it's my 2nd favourite extra boss theme now.

I'd really go with a lot of stuff though. I discovered Touhou through the BGM, and when I did that I listened to tons of stuff I didn't like. Then I started hearing the themes in the games, and a lot of stuff that didn't thrill me at first (History of the Moon, Hiroari, Green-eyed Jealousy to name a few) started to sound a lot better.

Like to dislike: I can't stand a lot of PC98 stuff outside of the game itself, all three of MS Stage 4 boss themes probably being the best examples. No idea why, I just don't like them anymore.

Other than that, not much. I know there are a lot of themes I used to love but now feel pretty meh about (Centennial Festival, Nuclear Fusion, Immortal Smoke) but I wouldn't say I dislike them.

Special mention to Luna Dial. Went from great in my "EoSD is awesome because it's the only one I've played" phase, to crap in my "EoSD sucks because it's too popular" phase, to above average in whatever phase I am now. <_<

What generally happens to me is that I associate some of the song's traits (that I decide exist) to how much I like it. Then I change my mind about those traits and end up hating it.

Nostalgic Blood of the East ~ Old World (IN stage 3) used to be my favorite song in the whole series, and I'd just listen to it on its own all the time. I don't dislike it now, but I'm fairly indifferent. It's good in-game, but IN music as a whole I have a hard time enjoying on its own without the game running.

Border of Life.
It used to be my second favorite last boss theme, but after the gazillionth forgettable arrange I've become tired of it. Then Ten Desires came with a new theme for Yuyuko,
Now I'm madly in love with Ghost Lead :V

The same goes for Septette for the Dead Princess. The only difference is that Remilia is stuck with Septette as her theme :V

Back when I first got into Touhou, U.N. Owen Was Her?  was my favorite theme. Now It's probably one of my least favorite extra themes in the series.

I also used to really like Dark Side of Fate but not anymore.
