I'm going with Charming Siege from All Sides, a cool name for a very uncool card. I seem to like the long names more, I find.

Stage 5 Boss Theme: Faith is for the Transient People.
Best Homing Reimu: IN. The homing part of the shot-type isn't as uberweak as in EoSD or PCB, and the bomb feels quite a bit better too.
Sexiest: Uh, yeah, think I'm gonna modify this question to "cutest". I'll go with Kogasa. You gotta love that

face, and her trying to scare you all the time makes me think of the little girl in Monsters Inc. going "Boo!". Prettiest is probably Yuyuko.

What is your favourite spellcard name from SWR-TD?

This one is a tough choice, since most of the ones I like are in these ones, but I'd have to say Rorschach in Danmaku for being symbolic as well as just plain cool. Honorable mention to Shackles a Criminal Can't Remove and Knockout in Three Steps.

I'm not so well-versed in these ones, so I'm kinda stuck here, but I'ma have to go with 'Star Sign [Dragon Meteor]'. It's called Dragon Meteor. That's a pretty awesome name, is it not? Now if only Marisa formed an actual dragon head-shaped blast of energy when she fired it...
