> You hold still as Eirin puts the thingy into your ear. It feels funny, and hurts a little bit, but then there's a *pop* and your ear is back to normal.

> Eirin then repeats for the other ear.

> "I said, did I surprise you by being here!" Kogasa shouts. Not loud enough to cause any hearing damage or anything. She just wanted to make her point clear.

>"I came here to find you, Kogasa! That Nue person told me you were here. Although I was surprised that that lady thought you were just an umbrella. She looked surprised, too!"

> "You don't need to pay for that operation, seeing as it was thed Princess who caused it." Eirin said, walking back to Kaguya.

> "Ooh! She didn't look surprised! But you shoulda been looking at the BUNNIES! They were surprised!" Kogasa said. She dosen't seem too bothered about Nue's information.

> "I still don't get why this umbrella's alive." Kaguya pouted.

> "What's that?" Kaguya asks.

> Pretty much everyone except the nameless rabbits facepalm simultaniously. Kaguya hardly knows any youkai except rabbit youkai.

> "I'm an umbrella who gained a soul!" Kogasa explained.

>"It's what they do....Or something. I don't really know much about them aside from the fact that Kogasa's nice, and a friend."

> "And I like to surprise people!" Kogasa added happily.

> "Wait... but if you were alive, why did you pretend to be a normal umbrella for that long?" Kaguya said.

> "Can't you tell?" Eirin said, indicateing to Kogasa's burns.

> Kogasa suddenly sat down, and started to become translucent. "Uwwa... I'm not fully better yet." she said.

> "She was injured pretty badly by your fight with Mokou. The umbrella was in quite a state when you found it, remember Princess? Even though you fixed it, there's still damage, such as distortions in the metal from the heat of Mokou's flames. It'll repair itself over time... but the karakasa isn't fully recovered yet." Eirin explained.

> "She probobly didn't have the strength to materialise." Reisen said, as Kogasa shut the umbrella, and the avatar vanished, causing her to fall to the ground.

> The eye closed, and the tounge went back in, but there was still a mouth and eye visible, unlike before, indicateing Kogasa is just resting instead of outright dormant.

> You grab the sleeping[?] Kogasa.

> "I didn't know she was alive..." Kaguya said, looking a little saddened.

> "I did try to tell you several times it was a Karakasa, not an umbrella Princess..." Reisen said.

> "I got too mixed up in my own vanity I guess. I forgot to listen to what you were telling me, Reisen." Kaguya said. "Besides, it gave me something to do for a week."

> "I'm sorry for any trouble this has caused you." Eirin said.

> Quest Complete: The Umbrella missing for two weeks: Kogasa was dormant due to injuries sustained when she stumbled upon Kaguya and Mokou fighting, and was in the possession of Kaguya. You've managed to get her back, and she's no longer dormant, although still shows signs of injury.

> You are all meeting up at the Misty Lake, because it is roughly central in Gensokyo, and otherwise either Reimu or Sanae would have to travel all of Gensokyo.

> When you get to the Misty Lake, you see Wriggle, Mystcia, Sanae, Nitori, Reimu, Daiyousei, who appears to just be curious, a turtle, and a mouse youkai. There is no sign of Cirno. You can also see Meiling, but she's just sleeping next to the gate of the Scarlet's Mansion.

> Yes, you forgot for a moment. You're not very good with names! Either that or Reisen messing with your head made you forget. You can't remember which.

> "Hi Rumia!" Wriggle and Mystcia shout.

> "I saw Cirno fly past with someone about an hour ago. She said she's got loads of stuff to do with Miss Letty." Daiyousei said, sounding pretty shy, which is understandable, seeing as her one run-in with Reimu in the past lead to her being poofed. [A very rare occurance for her, since she's the smartest fairy]

> "Yeah!" your freinds say. Namely Mystcia and Wriggle. Kogasa's resting, and Daiyousei just looks sheepish.

> "If I can have some quiet for a few moments..." Nazrin said, as she pulled out a blue crystal thing on a cord, which she dangled right down, eyes closed, focusing.

> "Imagine the defineing feature... that sun-thing Rumia mentioned..." Nazrin muttered, looking in deep concetration.

> The Dowsing Pendulem moves around in a ring a few times, floating higher and higher, until it is level with Nazrin's hand, instead of hanging down.

> It points to the North-West when it stops moving. In that direction is the Forest of Magic.

> "Wait... she can't be in the Forest of Magic! She's a normal human!" Reimu said.

> "Maybe she's somewhere beyond the Forest of Magic? North of Youkai Mountain?" Sanae said.

> "Nothing really happens there. I don't know anyone who lives there!" Reimu says.

> "Well, one of the Four Devas used to live in the mountain ranges there. The Four Devas all lived on different mountains, although frequently met on Youkai Mountain, the largest mountain in Gensokyo. But all the Oni moved underground." Nitori explained.

> "Except Yuugi and Sukia had that massive drinking party... and there were only two Devas. I'm sure Sukia would have gone even more mental if a third of the Devas turned up. Which implies that the other two are not even underground." Reimu said.

> "Are you implying there might be one of the Devas in the mountain range there, as well as Rika, Young Mistress?" Genji asked.

[Hanzo K.]

>"I dunno what a Deva is, but maybe!"

[Raikaria]

> "The Devas are the four strongest Oni. They all have frightening powers, and are peak physically even for Oni. Sukia and Yuugi are two of them, but the other two haven't been heard from since the Oni went underground. I don't even hear Sukia mention them often." Reimu said.

> About ten minuites later, Rikako shows up. "Sorry, had to do some last-second calibarations to my jet-pack. It wasn't flying quite right because the fairy's head moved the angles of the jets slightly." Rikako said.

> You begin your trip to the location. Is there anyone you want to talk to on the way?

> "Oh, that reminds me Rumia!" Mystcia said. "Kanako seemed to know Rika! I mentioned Rika to her and she somehow knew she was a scientist, when neither me or Sanae said it before!"

> "WHAT?!" Reimu shouts, looking at Sanae with dagger-eyes.

> "Hey, I didn't know." Sanae said.

> "She's telling the truth!" Mystcia added, jumping to Sanae's defense.

[Hanzo K.]

>"Oh, I found Kogasa, but I had to go all the way to that rabbit place to get her. There was a really loud person there! Even louder than Kyouko from the temple! Apparently she thought Kogasa was just an umbrella. She got all beat up a while back, so she was sleeping to heal. She's okay-ish now, but she's still kinda banged-up. THe doc said something about the metal still being kinda messed-up from heat or something."

[Raikaria]

> At this point, Kogasa, who you were still holding opened up, and materialed.

> "Yeah... I went to surprise the mean headbutt lady from the Human Village, then she transformed. I went and followed her to there this lady with silver hair and lady with black hair were fighting really viciously! I tried to surprise them, bu I got hit by some really hot fire, and blacked out. Then I woke up when I heard this OTHER lady with silver hair saying mean stuff she was gonna do to me, and Rumia was there!" Kogasa explained.

> "That'll be Mokou, Kaguya, Eirin and Keine. I'm surprised you were stealthy enough to follow Keine as she was going to the bamboo forest to transform though." Reimu said.

> It seems Kogasa can't remember anything that happened while she was dormant.

>Poke at our ears while smiling obliviously. "Even after the doc helped me get my ears working again, they still kinda tingle. And there's a funny ringing noise. It sounds weird~!"
>Beat.
>"Oh! I even went up against some weird rabbit who tried to stop me from saving Kogasa! She was really strong though, I couldn't even do anything to her! But she couldn't really do much to me either though, guess I'm getting stronger!"
