That's amazing how much you've been able to do in a year. I've been playing for a little more (I think I started about 3 months before you) and I haven't even cleared hard in all the games, let alone do as much as you. At this point I have all the extras, all normal and hard except for SA and UFO. I've been having a lot of trouble moving up to lunatic in any of the games, but I attribute that more to not playing very consistently. Good luck on clearing the rest of the modes you have left, hopefully it's not filled with too much rage.

PoDD Reimu 1cc. That makes Reimu, Mima, Rikako, Chiyuri, and Yumemi, though I'll probably want to redo Chiyuri and Mima since they were kinda cheesy. So basically, I've done all the broken characters. :V

I'm not sure if I want to put this on Youtube. I'll have to look it over and see how cool it is.

It took me over a year to (finally) clear UFO on Normal :getdown: I wish it took me less than a year to clear a game on Lunatic. Congrats, I have no name :toot:

UFO Extra clear! All but FW and SoEW are done now, and I don't really care about those two :V. I still think Nue is by far the hardest ex-boss of the main games though, and that all the people who think she's among the easiest are crazy.

I'd say I agree with you. Nue (and maybe Koishi) are probably the easiest bosses to be consistent with because a lot of the spells are easy once you figure them out. For Nue, I've captured everything except the survival, and I've done every part of it, just not all at the same time. As far as Koishi goes, Genetics is the only one I didn't cap yet, and I've had it down to a sliver of health.

Imperishable Night Normal FinalB 1cc with Border Team

I consider this an achievement because I beat Kaguya with only two lives from maximum, both killed by her (And I don't believe I died once with bombs in stock this run). And it had a lot of lagging, so how it's not even a percent of slowdown is beyond me.

However, I broke 1.7 Billion which is an accomplishment for me.

Also, Reimu got to see the inside of a massive fucking laser that covers a gigantic portion of the screen and live.

Managed to perfect midboss Nue in TD extra. That wasn't hard.
Dunno why I just couldn't capture Nue's 2nd even a few months before.

Kay, back and gonna make myself a deadline of 1ccing EoSD Lunatic by Saturday.

By the way, about the 1 year shenaningans, I started playing on, uh, mid-September? A goal of mine would be to 1cc everything but Lunatic UFO before my anniversary. Although, who knows, maybe I'll pull a Zil and do that too. Probably not though.

Speaking of which, grats to Kanon on doing the mentioned above. Is one thing that stuck out when skimming through the thread.

THIS WAS THE BEST FUCKING EXTRA RUN EVER

I perfected ExKeine, only bombed once through the stage, captured a bunch of shit, captured Hourai Doll, and unlocked Imperishable Shooting, all while topping my high score by a gigantic fucking 200 million points.

1. Apparently he missed the detail that the Border Team can't get hit by the amulets when he is hugging the screen. Iirc the blue ones get's gapped before they hit your hitbox so the only thing you have to keep in mind is not staying right above a red one when it is moving up and of course the aimed bullets. - Well, I'm pretty sure that's how it is. Haven't played that boss for a long while.

2. He hates it like any reasonable shmupper should. :V

@Esu; I checked your run to see if you safespotted the end-stage fairy and was happy to see that you didn't. Good run though it of course has some things that you need to work on. First off, you need to work on your non-spells.

But you also need to put in some practice with Fujiyama Volcano. The only way that card can be hard for people is because they don't have the pattern memorized. So go do that. Then you could probably do an even better run sometime. In any event, congrats on the run.

Actually, I normally do really good with nonspells, my previous (6 capture) run captured every nonspell up until the one that's virtually all fast purple amulets.

And I'll go studying on YouTube on how to beat those two god-forsaken cards.

Funny thing is, I used to call Xu-Fu's Dimension Mokou's easiest card because I never figured out Honest Man's Death.

Speaking of which, just got my first 9 capture IN extra run as well. Missed some easy ones (Next History, Possessed by Phoenix) but did get my first Fujiyama capture outside of Spell Practice. Only 140m though since I failed a ton on Hourai Doll, I think I lost three lives to it because out of practice. :/
