I just don't have the people I need to run my game, and I don't think I can get them for another two weeks. If you can get permission from the higher ups for a mini, I won't object.

ditto although still have to worry about those 4 days I'll be, if not gone, just barely available, so if anyone who does not wish to sign up otherwise would like to hydra and that's fine, then, yeah.

Uh well first of all it would be remiss to declare this setup as anything but Dormio's baby; I only helped along with some of the development.

Second of all the setup in question is a Highly Experimental Setup with Bastard Elements and is a far cry from a vanilla game (not to say there's no vanilla, but just saying it's not a straightforward open vanilla game). It was designed basically as both a psychological experiment and as a lighthearted stress-free venue where the players could focus more on having fun with the game than anything else. (Basically it was designed in mind as a break game as opposed to a regular setup).

Edit: That said it's still just a mafia game and would be played as such if there was any question about that. But yeah if the setup is going to be run, I'd like to see how much interest there is for it vs something open like F11, since I know there are a multitude of players who don't like this sort of thing.

Another thing to note is that the experimental setup can be adjusted for as many players as need be, but having at least 7 would be preferred.

Minigame intermission is pretty much the only time break setups are a good idea outside of irc mafia (Where they're only good for absolute joke value due to how irc mafia is), so I'd be really interested in that. I'm fine with a vanilla game to, so either or. Also yes, Capth and me have discussed the hydra thing in pms, so if whoever ends up modding is fine with that then yep.

You guys could just start signups for both, see which one gets more /ins and go with it.

There's a number of conditions that have to be met that I'm pretty sure won't happen, but I might be able to /in into a mini.

Right, so game info. As we said before, this was designed as a break game. As such, it is run using an experimental setup and involves elements that could be considered bastard modding (tl;dr everything is fair game). Balance is not guaranteed in any way, shape, or form. In any case, it should be a quick and fun game! Because mafia is a game, right? It's all about having fun!

Also, what do people think about a 48 hour deadline?
