She's fairly soft-spoken and her demeanor seems rather different than the rest of the Blue Maiden's crew you've met so far, or, for that matter, what you might associate with a sailor in general. Still, her lack of bruskness seems not to imply any degree of shyness. Her wings are broad enough to make walking alongside her a tad more awkward than it is with most people, but you find yourself rather impressed with how easily she navigates through the crowd despite them, bending and shifting around workers and walkers without appearing to spare it a conscious thought.
