as for whether you want to kill them at the same time or seperate, Eirin revives Kaggy for like 2500 and while I'm not sure about Kaguya, I've -heard- she has a move that revives Eirin for full, but I have no idea if that is true.

Random fun fact: Note that the revive that heals for 2,500 to Kaguya used to revive her at 2 hp. You can imagine how this completely made the fight a joke. :V

Kaguya uses Elixir to revive Eirin to full :V

The best way to defeat both of them at the same time is to activate Field Effect Colosseum, which you can get on Murasa.
Colosseum prevents HP recovery and revival skills on both sides, neutering their revival skills completely.

Some hookshot or longshot area or something in Suzuran Fields.

At level 20 she'll learn her Subterranean Rose debuff. She has awesome stat boosts, too!

I've been through Muenzuka a bajillion times, and just check it again: there is only one area requiring the hookshot, which is where I found Yuyuko IIRC.  There is no Koishi.  I also don't have Medicine or Nue, and I think along with Sakuya those are the only Touhou characters I'm missing.

Suzuran Fields =/= Muenzuka

Muenzuka is red higanbana, Suzuran is all purpley. You learn something new every day! (I'm sorry that I can't give more specific then this :C)

edit:This video is about the extent of the help I can give in finding Koishi, and unfortunately it only shows the screen that has the hookshot in it and what the overall style of the backround is. Hope it helps!

I also just realized that Muenzuka and Suzuran Fields could possibly be a conjoined area, I wouldn't know about that. So I might look stupid with my original comment! Or maybe not. Depends on what the actuality is. *Shrug*

Yep, different stratums so you can't get the two confused.

I was a little amused by the fact that the suzuran flowers in the area are used to slow you down.  Like Medicine's EX attack in PoFV

Yeah, that was my favorite part of the Suzuran Field. There are even slopes everywhere, which only contribute to the slowdown effect! And there's also that delicious Poison Body ~ Forsaken Doll in the background.
By the way, I found it funny how that earth demon gave me hell in my first playthrough, but on the second one I just spammed chaser + lightning attacks and he went down amazingly fast. Didn't even have to dispel him.
As for Kaguya and Eirin, I wondered if Colosseo could actually stop their revival spam, but never bothered trying it. Welp, that makes things much easier.

After fixing up my shikigamis and replacing Patchouli with Eiki, I had the best fight ever and won getting Suwako, which made me happy.

Now, to go knock down the 3rd Tower guardian to get the Longshot.  :3

I'm tired of being taunted by Longshot spots!!!  :V

Edit:  Hrm... but, first is there anything about the 3rd Tower guardian I need to know about... I already know it's weak to Earth, but I need to make sure I'm properly equipped.

I've found that I do pretty poor damage on most bosses.  Like on the earth demon, I think Thunderclap was doing 120-160 damage (depending on where the land was).  Not good for a skill that you can't spam every turn.  Chasers are how I've been getting my damage output into "not terrible" territory.  My casters were doing <20 damage/hit on the first tower's boss, Remi was only getting 100-110 on the chasers.

Sometimes I wonder if I've been underleveled compared to what the bosses were designed to be fought at :3

She's also weak to every physical element, and it might be a better idea to attack that weakness because of some cool things she does once you throw rocks at her. Unless you have the Cybele or whatever that earth spear should be called, as she takes extra damage from both weakness and doesn't do anything funny when that hits her.

Okay, you just got there and there's this part full of Beholders who make the lives of your casters hell, right? After that's done, you'll find an area that looks like a town in middle east. THEN after you're completely done with that part, you'll find a small area that looks just like the first one, and the chest with the Longshot will be right there smiling at you.

Let me say this once and for all.

The longshot is not in the three towers!  It is in the main central tower, which is the final dungeon that only becomes accessible after beating the three bosses.  You cannot miss it.

Peri gets elemental chasers, and can be found in the ghost mountain (second stratum).  Shou and Ace Power get Saint Chaser (light), Zakkumu (treant thing, also in ghost mountain) learns whatever the dark chaser is called.

Some other enemies get specific chasers, but Peri is the big one.

Did a bunch of stuff today.  Cleared out several new areas real well, gained some new shikigamis. 

Daiyousei with a ice based chaser move?  Yes please.

Getting a Peri that has chasers for fire/ice/earth/thunder?  Damn straight I love that.

Chasers are SO goddamn strong.  Of course, enemies can use them too.  Enemy that uses a fire chaser + 2 enemies with a full party fire attack?  Yeah that happened to me today.  It didn't end well.

Also snagged up a Murasa and beat up the boss guarding her.

Now to decide on where to go next.  Either make way to Muenzuka and hopefully come in a different entrance to reach areas there I couldn't get to before or head to that area in the clouds at the southern part of the 2nd stratum.  Choices, choices...

@Anima Zero: Oh yeah the HD Enemy in Former Flames of Hell has a Fire chaser move and the Wolves at Misty Lake have Ice chasers. I might have to find me some chasers before going after the 1st Tower boss.

I also, founded out that the boss at the first tower has Vortex... I HATE FLIPPING VORTEX!!!!  :getdown:

But, ick it seems that I have a problem with fighting the boss MP wise due to me having to buff and heal.

I need a way to keep the boss from trying to shift the Field towards Ice.

I know Murasa's D-Net helps a bit against her recovery when the Field is Ice, BuraBura for Ice Null, and Koakuma for Dark Illusion.

It seems so weird, I do have a Peri shikigami myself and didn't use it... whoopsie...

I'll see if I can have Remilia or Youmu abuse Fire chasers.

I spammed fire attacks and fire chasers.  Helps keep the field shifted towards fire.  Also, there's a fire sword you can craft which will give you a free chaser activation if you need it (since my casters also had to heal, I could have a character do a normal attack for the chaser activation and spot heal since they didn't do much damage their selves).

• Spam Ice Wall every turn (neuters offense)
• Spam Fire land and then use Fire elemental attacks (neuters regen, makes you do damage)
• Use D-Net

Field effect that constantly generates damage on  turn-by-turn basis. Basically, it does damage to everyone on the field. Murasa and a very late-game Shikigami have it. Murasa gets it at Lv21, the monster Shikigami has it right from the start.

Also prevents running which has yukkuri applications (Must use a different field effect on the next turn as they counter it with a regeneration field)

Fire land is what Alice has right, correct me if I'm wrong on this.

Also, I might take up on the offer of getting myself the Fire Sword.

Right now, I'm trying to hunt down a Dragon Maid which, going bad... since they don't pop up often which makes me sad.

However, when I do kill one even, if I have Satori equipped, they don't seem to want to join.
