Favourite Extra theme: Lose Rain (How am I the only one to mention this!?) or Charming Domination, I think; although Youkai Shrine Back Road is also fantastic, and Alice in Wonderland deserves mention too
Favourite Extra Boss theme: Oh god where do I even begin? Necrofantasia, the Grimoire of Alice, Hartmann's Youkai Girl, Magus Night, Heian Alien... I can't choose ;-; I guess I'd probably give it to Necrofantasia though? No, wait, Magus Night, no, waitwaitwaitAUGH

Hartmann's Youkai Girl and Last Remote are my favorite Extra Stage themes, because they actually sound like intense and fast-paced shmup music. Great for when you're fighting Koishi (which is the Extra boss I have found the most challenging)

Despite the playful sound of Futatsuiwa from Sado, I like its fast pace and how the melody intensifies near the end. Still great for a shmup battle.

Necrofantasia and Necro-Fantasy are acceptable, regarding both pace and melody. I still feel that both of them could be a little faster (I really prefer faster music).

I think that some of the others are either too slow (Heian Alien) or don't sound like that they belong in a shmup (Native Faith, Reach for the Moon ~ Immortal Smoke). And I do agree that U.N. Owen Was Her is overrated (as is Flandre, but this mostly the fault of McRoll, and more recently, Death Waltz).

Alright alright, enough stalling on this one. There are a lot of extra themes that I love, and I can't think of a single one I don't like (yes I even have a soft spot for Evil Eye Sigma's theme). However, I must agree that Grimoire of Alice has an extremely strong melody. I kinda wish it did more with it, but it's such an amazing phrase it wins my vote anyway. :3 Honorable mention (well, besides all of them) to Necro Fantasy; that song is the reason I got hooked to Ran's fight, and subsequently the series.

Who is your favorite extra boss?

Haaa, as for me, I hate this question, because my joint favorite characters are both extra bosses. Yukari and Gengetsu, I love them both dearly, and for quite different reasons. Between the two, I think Yukari slightly edges Gengetsu out, but it's so close it doesn't really matter.

I'm gonna have to say Mokou. I love Rika too, but she doesn't have nearly as much character development. I also like how some of Mokou's spells are based off of Rika/Evil Eye Sigma's attacks. She also made them ridiculously easy, but I'll ignore that for now.

In terms of Gameplay, Nue, followed by Marisa. They're both really fun fights that I find require a lot of different methods to handle and are really fun for me as a result; but I think I prefer Nue's because it's very sightreadable as a fight unlike a lot of extra bosses.

In terms of character, that's a little trickier--oh who am I kidding, SUWAKO ALL THE WAY

Gameplay-wise, I find Mokou to be the best by a fairly wide margin. At least, she's the only one who actually made me want to continue working on her after clearing the stage.

I also like Mamizou's fight for some reason. It's relaxing :V

Character-wise, Yukari hands down. :V

Gameplay wise, well, I do find GFW Marisa very challenging, but I'm kinda biased against her due to the fact that she still rapes the hell out of me, and is the only Windows Extra Boss I haven't beaten yet. :blush:

But other than that, I think Nue's pretty good gameplay-wise. I was tempted to say Koishi, but her fight gets boring once you memorize everything. When it comes to Nue, I could know exactly what I need to do, but she can still get the better of me every so often. :derp:
