Okay Guys! The post is coming along well. Finally finished the preceeding scene. Hell I might even finish tonight.

Resuming Positions:
Sora - Sitting outside the SDM Gate with Meiling
Sanaya - Leaving the Dojo. *
Takuma - Walking the lonely road home.
Tetsumaru - Wherever a blacksmith would be at this hour.
Laresa - Sitting in the Tea House waiting to spot Keine
Kisei - About to be rudely awakened by her parents
Kohaku - Finishing cleaning up. You can go sit on the veranda and drink tea and take a break.
Senri - Serving Tea at the Tea House. Closing time will be soon.
Nanaya - Wandering around the village for no apparent reason
Hotaru - Walking down a forested trail. Will stop at a small stream for a break.
Amaya - Sitting around watching tv with Suwako and Kanako
WhatsherfaceYumiko - Yet to Enter

FakeEdit:
DAMN IT NOW I GOT THE TEA HOUSE OWNER IN MY HEAD AS A BUSTY TSUNDERE.

*Marou gets a section in the time skip post.

Also. As of my next player post, I will be controlling NPCs so I don't have ridiculously stupid back and forth conversations with myself I have enough of those in real life I don't need more here

Ohshit. Since Marou is the only one getting a section, I should be done the update within the next hour hopefully.

EDIT:
WOOOOOOOO TIMESKIP UP!!!!!!! \o/!

You never did tell me if Keine would know about Suika, Sonae, nor did you tell me how freely she'd tell Laresa about the Chronicles, so I cut off before those parts. I'll post again once you tell me, or if you'd rather do that, just say so. And, of course, let me know if I need to change anything.

Only I am allowed to control NPCs. They are Non-Player Characters for a reason.

By doing this you've broken one of the fundamental rules of my Gensokyo here.

1.   I control the world, you control your character.

Broke Rule number one... ^^'
What should your punishment be~ ^^

Remember That while I AM a player, I amd ALSO the GM.

For the meantime until I consult my advisor, I request the removal of suggestive text. Such as any lines that state Keine has tooken any action what so ever.

I will say, though, that saying we absolutely cannot include actions for anyone other than our own characters is very constraining, and will probably not work out well. I've seen that tried before, and the results weren't good (the thing came to a screeching halt any time there was a conversation).

Well Control the World can also be said as what effects it on a large scale, or no scale at all. In which, the control of nameless human NPCs will not affect the plot unless one were to be stupid and make them say things that they would never know.
Also for Senri, and Senri Alone, he is allowed to control his Youkai Mother. All Players, with the exception of Amaya, can control their family.

So the best way to put it is as such.
1. I control the World you control your character.
   - I control and decide events that occur. Exception: Players may suggest events.
   - I control ALL Touhous. No Exceptions.
   - I Control ALL NPOCs. Exception: Player made immediate family.
   - I will ultimately decide the outcomes of ALL GM instigated occurances. No Exceptions.

As for other rules in depth. LAter...~
Also. That rule was first because that was an issue in one roleplay that failed I made. Though they also crossed and raped the rule about overpowered players.
And no these rules aren't stolen from that rp. There;'s no documentation of any of the past RPs I've been in sadly.

Sounds like that was just a bad group of participants. But whatever. Your decision. I just don't think it'll work. Although if you do decide to allow partners, that might work better, since we'd have two people to write, and could at least have them exchange dialog and simply end the post when we want someone else to jump in (kind of like what's been happening in EoG, where it seems to be working just fine).

And that is why I allow bunnying of everyone in EoG.

Well I am not going for that. EoG's allowance of bunnying pretty much dumped all the responsibility on the player. I'll be allowing lots of freedom. It's just the players will have to actually think and make decisions on their own.
Here's A list of currently accessible locations. Aka You can go here.
Hm. Since at the moment, things are going slightly more linear, I'll make this list starting from the next day in the rp.

Human Village (duh)
Hakurei Shrine
Misty Lake
Scarlet Devil Mansion
Myouren Temple
Kourindou
Forest of Magic
Garden of the Sun
Nameless Hill
Bamboo Forest of  the Lost
Road of Liminality
Road of Reconsideration
Youkai Mountain

So yeah. We're not really on a straight line atm.
Though remember that I am a story teller. The last RP I ran was years ago. Unfortunately most of them died due to people getting extremely busy.

Anyways I wanted to ask you all this.
How do you feel about romance?

Okay.

Oh btw. 2 characters will see one of the NPOCs before they are introduced as enemies. I'm not gonna tell you when, where, or who it will be or even which player will see them. It's just gonna be a neat tidbit that'd be good to pick up on. You get to choose what you do with the information. But I'd advise speaking to someone about it. Who knows, maybe speaking to the right person will trigger something~
I'm thinking of maybe having everyone spot one enemy character atm. What do you guys think of that.

I do enjoy a good pre appearance cameo, granted most of the effect might be lost on me because,  well...

Anyways I'm trying to get to work on a post over the weekend, school is a bitch innit?

Oh, would it be possible to stumble across a bunbunmaru in the village at this point in time?

Sadly...Maybe I'll be able to find a character for you. If I'm lucky...

Yes. Yes it is.

Hm I believe I already said that?

Okay! We need to decide where everyone will be after the time skip so I can start writing.

Also by that point, Aya's newspaper article will have been fully distributed, so if you want your character to read it, you have to find one~

Romance is okay for me I suppose. Battles with NPOCs are also fine, and probably needed. To pass the time until the next action, I made a profile for Hotaru's bro, or rather, the first draft.

Name: Ohno Hideaki
Appearance: A contrast from his sister, he has long shoulder-length black hair that while sometimes messy from sleep, is easily straightened. He has a rather gaunt build, and average height. He moves in a subdued manner, and generally doesn't smile. He wears a grey kimono, which is generally under a blanket he usually carries around.
Other: The brother of Hotaru. While Hideaki generally either sleeps at home or just about any private place, he currently runs a food stand. It's mildly successful, to his sister's surprise. Perhaps related to this is his rather odd habit of knowing the names of just about anyone even if they haven't eaten in his shop, and vice versa. His food stand generally changes location by the day, depending on where Hidaki feels like going.

Although he'll miss all the action most likely.

...Where's my game?

Well, I think Laresa knows how to deal with youkai. Not to mention her plan-for-everything approach. I'm not saying she wouldn't necessarily lose, but she'd put up a fight.

Romance? That's a magic word. Can't have a story without a little love. Especially a touhou-themed story.
As for battles, that's jake with me. Might actually be useful for some of us, too, be a way for us to unlock some of our characters hidden powers, or refine the ones we've got.

Ofc They'll put up a fight.
But as I said, some of them are pretty damn powerful.
Also GYMO. You can't be prepared for something you know nothing about.
That's why exterminating oni is not advised at all. Their weaknesses aren't known.
Also. Though there aren't many, a few of the abilities of some will not work in your favor. at all. So even if you mimic them there'll be no point cause the ability will be absolutely useless for you.
Though these 'useless' abilities are few and far apart. Also a few of them will require a certain things to actually be used. Mana resources, magic spells, things like that.

Also, while some of them have overpowered abilities, I've been trying my best to make it so that they won't be able to shamelessly overpower players with a flick of their wrists or something.

Laresa would disagree. She plans for every possibility, so even if she doesn't know about it, she's most likely still ready for it (and, of course, she also has plans for dealing with unknowns). In fact, a fight like that would probably be a good opportunity to demonstrate just how she works.

ANd as I've said before, I'm aware of the limitations of Laresa's ability, and so is she.

Well. There's one fight in particular that NO ONE is allowed to be ready for.
And was she prepared for what occured in her backstory? (this is a yes or no question)

Also, Sour, you might want to have Kohaku decide to announce what she wants to tell everyone at the end of the party. Not the beginning. Srsly ya don't wanna go ahead and ruin everyone's good mood the minute they walk in the door per se.

Oh! If Laresa's prepared for everything then she must have snacks and stuff for the feast right~?
