Just hit me if i imagine wrong. but

Everyone shall start at early morning During the Late Winter. The Snow is beginning to melt and the cold is receeding.

Most characters shall be either
A) Already awake and preparing for their day, or
B) Just waking up

The exceptions to this will (mainly) be Kisei, who is already awake and watching over the shop, bored out of her mind.

Most everyone, or everyone, will start in the Human Village. Though Dorakyura and Kat aren't required to do so.

Freezing Rain. It's between Rain (Marisa's and Suwako's Weather) and Hail (Alice's Weather). It shows her energetic and somewhat childish excitement you described, along with some insercurity and fear, whioh showed during her confrontation with her Father.

Laresa's often active at night, since that's when the nocturnal youkai come out, but it's hardly an every-day thing, so yeah, she can be waking up in the morning.

Ten. That's alot. That's how many I planned for.
Now look at those that are still applying.
Three. That would bring the total players pretty damn close to 14. Which is a number I want to avoid at all costs.

RRope darts are chinese martial arts weapons that are pretty much as described: a dart on the end of a rope. The rope is swung around at high speeds, letting the dart flick around at a blinding pace; with only a slight shift in movement, the rope is manipulated and the dart can be shot at ridiculously fast speeds towards vital targets, like the throat or kidneys. An odd weapon for anti-youkai combat, considering how resilient they are. Ropedarts are precision weapons, not brute force.

Egh. I can't allow that. That breaks the 3rd rule.
Notice that our blade using players (Sanaya, Senri, Tetsumaru) can use them defensively. Sanaya's being on the end of a stick. Senri is stated to use his blade in a defensive manner. As for Tetsumaru, I assume his is mostly also a defensive style aswell.

But a rope dart? There's no way that can be used defensively.

To be honest, if you look at the reference, it's basically because that the philosophy is so deep and complex, trying to listen to it gives you brain hemorrhage.

Like...if you try to listen to old, colonial Filipino. It's the same. Or if a poorly educated Filipino tries to listen to complex English verbose then he/she gets a nosebleed for it.

I'll try to fix and justify the rest....I keep getting this 'whatever I have is influencing me right now' feeling.
