Name: Tsutomu Kyoki (狂気 勤)
Appearance: He wears a navy blue hakama over a black kimono, along with a purple haori with a wave motif at its hem. His hair is black and kept short, not reaching his shoulders. He wears wooden geta. His eyes are light brown, and his eyebrows are slightly slanting down.
Other: Kisei?s father. He runs a shop that caters to youkai, although it may very well pass as a shop of hunting goods. He was the first to see his daughter meeting with the youkai she would learn thievery from, further evidenced by his stolen knuckle dusters. (He has more pairs, but nobody knows that.) Being a shop owner, he objects to this, and tries and dissuades Kisei from continuing with ?that hobby? of hers, knowing that he cannot force her to stop.
Name: Amaya Kyoki (狂気 夜雨)
Appearance: She wears a white kimono that has a gray cloud motif at the hem of the dress and the sleeves. Her hair is also black, tied in a ponytail, reaching her back. Her eyes are also brown, but darker than Tsutomu?s.
Other: Kisei?s mother. She helps Tsutomu run the shop but can never get used to the regular appearances of youkai at night in the Village. She spends more time with Kisei than Tsutomu does, but Kisei sees them all the time. While she exerts manual labor in the shop, she doesn?t like a single bit of Kisei?s violence. She goes out less often than her husband, but only because he has the easier time sourcing products for their shop.
