How to use:
1. Put system files and voice pack folders into the SAME folder
2. Run th123vb13.exe for th123 1.10a (th123vb12 for 1.10)
3. Press "WAV" and leave the program on
4. Open the game and enjoy!

I just don't have time to play with it right now, even though I have downloaded it.

Since a friend of mine is a big fan of the series, there's a Hisoutensoku side event during our local Saturday Brawl Tournament. I'm the one providing the laptop to hook up to the HDTV via HDMI cable, and I'll be using this voice mod

Sorry, I forgot to mention how to enable the voice mod during net play.

You have to put "VP@" in front of your profile name (IT HAS TO BE CAPITAL). Otherwise, you will only hear voice from your own side.
