Abilities - What would you like to see?

Ability to make people want chicken for their next meal,
Ability to genuinely cry at any moment,
Ability to to temporarily turn people's voices into charlie brown teacher style "blah blah"s (seeing that on eiki would be hilarious).

Lololol the irony that I'm making an Enenra character.

The ability to change the colour of anything.

I mentioned that before.

One character I created is a Songbird Youkai, who can heal people with her singing abilities.  So her powers are somewhat the opposite of Mystia's in that they help instead of harming.  Though I can see her being more relevant in an RPG spinoff (official or by fans) than a danmaku games...she's not really a good fighter and if she were in a game she'd probably be a Stage 1 boss that happened to get attacked just because she wandered into Reimu or Marisa's path.

Oh what a coincidence, I have a flamingo that does a similar thing.

how about a character that creates explosions from impact?

Reimu can already do this. That's pretty much entirely what PCB Extra/Phantasm was all about; Reimu broke the barrier to the netherworld at the end of stage 4 (iirc, just by touching it), and they have to pester Yukari to fix it.

Uh. No, Yukari weakened the barrier and Ghosts were escaping.
