Title: Slightly confusing contradiction regarding newbies in CPMC

Forum Rules and Posting Guidelines (http://www.shrinemaiden.org/forum/index.php/topic,17.0.html) and If you have less than 10 posts look here (http://www.shrinemaiden.org/forum/index.php/topic,3652.0.html) both state that users with less than 10 posts cannot post in CPMC.

But The Introductions Thread (http://www.shrinemaiden.org/forum/index.php/topic,7780.0.html) seems to be an exception to that rule.

Shouldn't the former two threads note this exception?

It used to be that newbies couldn't enter CPMC or RPG but they changed it, so now the introduction thread is in CPMC.  They just didn't edit that out of the rules.
