Well, if you look at it from an outsider's point of view, you see a lot of people vying for the position of the 'biggest idiot' ^^;; No offense, but it's a little comical and yet true if you see it from an unbiased outsider perspective.
I myself participate only when the challenge is fun. So for challenges that are more work than fun, I step back.

There is only one reason I would ever want any Hierarchy Title but theres no use even bothering due to the fact that I can't realistically do any of the challenges for IM and I'm never going to get IP. However all it looks like they can do is make people have blue names and declare challenges. Yes quite an amazing and groundbreaking ability that I must go and obtain.
