Title: Touhou Unreal Mahjong english patch

Does anybody know who did the English patch for this game? I want to know how to unpack/repack the image files because I need to alter some tiles with English letter subs like in other mahjong games (since I can't read chinese characters as fast). Currently using TexMod for this purpose, but having to boot the game throught it can be a hassle. Current mod as below:

Hmm, it didn't say what he used to hack it, plus it's already revision 2. Anyways, thanks for the link dude!  :)
