Title: Vpatch + Thcrap?

I'm going to sound like a complete dunce for asking this I'm sure, but is there a good way of combining the Vpatch's reduced input lag and the Thcrap translations?  Currently I've been using one or the other, but it'd be nice to have both going at the same time.  I'm fairly sure this has been done by many people before, but I haven't seen info on how to do this yet.
