Apparently swmpLV/75E released a vpatch for LoLK back in November 2015!
I just tested it, works great (90FPS whoo), also works with thcrap.
swmpLV/75E's Twitter post (https://twitter.com/kaei_adonis/status/670606770583269376)
Download (http://ux.getuploader.com/swmplv75e/download/8/vpatch_th15-1.zip) - click the button that says "ダウンロード" to start the download.
Edit: Added to Touhou Wiki (https://en.touhouwiki.net/wiki/Game_Tools_and_Modifications#Vsync_Patches)
Edit 2: Thanks Drake for updating the vpatch bundle on the Wiki.

Ah that's pretty cool. But what about for DDC/ISC? I've never seen one for either of those games.

I needed this
I wouldn't have known where to look, but I'm surprised nobody caught wind of this before.

If those vpatches existed, they'd be posted on his twitter (https://twitter.com/kaei_adonis) and uploaded to his file hoster (http://ux.getuploader.com/swmplv75e/),
No idea why swmpLV/75E decided to make another vpatch, or why he skipped DDC/ISC and went straight to LoLK, but oh well.

I'm surprised too. There's a link to swmpLV/75E's twitter in the vpatch section of the Touhou Wiki, but no one ever clicked on it lol.
Gotta go faster faster fasterfasterfaster

So, this version will allow th14 (and th14.3) to be launched if you disable the checksum comparison and rename the file, but it does not seem to actually disable vsync, and so many other functions probably won't work either (in other words what makes sense). So you're still out of luck for those; deal with that extra frame.
also i've updated the bundle on the wiki

Pretty crazy that no one took notice of it for so long! Really nice that we have one now at least :D

Thats interesting, thanks for sharing...
I honestly do not feel any delay, but I might as well try.
