Do anyone know how to download the fan-game Tenjou no Tempest? I'm looking for it for a while now and every link I find is either broken or leads to the official website which is in japanese so I can't understand it.

No, nobody knows. The game is not free to download. Therefore you're breaking the rules about piracy on our forum.
