High FPS when fullscreen/fullscreen doesn't work (TH06-TH09.5)
Use the DX8 to DX9 Converter (https://en.touhouwiki.net/wiki/Game_Tools_and_Modifications#DX8_to_DX9_converter) to fix it. Simply drag/drop the DDL into the game directory.
Fullscreen is stretched
This is a common problem with integrated Intel HD Graphics.
1. Create a new Display Profile by clicking Save on Current Settings:

2. Set your Resolution to 1280x960. Click Save:

3. Select Maintain Aspect Ratio:

4. Click Save.
5. Apply this Display Profile whenever you want to play Touhou in fullscreen. Click on the Profile, click Apply, click Save.
