Title: DDC/LoLK Full Screen Issue
Post by: TresserT on April 29, 2016, 07:09:14 PM
So I recently upgraded to windows 10. Since upgrading, whenever I try to play DDC or LoLK full screen at 640x480 resolution, the gameplay screen only covers about a third of the actual screen (the rest is black). I'm also unable to use print screen to take a screenshot to show you what it looks like, but I roughly recreated in paint ;-;

Playing at higher 960x720 increases the size of the play screen, but doesn't actually make it full screen. It also causes significant lag because my computer sucks, so it's not really possible for me to play this way.

At first I assumed it was a problem with my computer, but someone else also described the same problem.

This sounds more like a setting on your graphics control software. Most graphics cards have settings for scaling with fullscreen applications and it might be set to not scale.

I apologize if these are dumb questions  :blush:

How would I change that setting?

(Also, I just want to clarify, I never encountered this issue before upgrading to windows 10.)

Depending on your graphics card you might have NVIDIA Control Panel or AMD Catalyst Control Center or some Intel software. You would find it somewhere in there. You can probably get to it through an icon in your taskbar tray, right-clicking on your desktop, or somewhere in the Control Panel.
