Title: Weird black flickering. Anyone knows anything?
Post by: Zengeku on July 15, 2009, 05:23:51 PM
So the problem is this. Whenever i try to play a game it starts with some very annoying flickering after a few minutes. Its pretty much regardless of what game it is. I was wondering if somebody here would know something about what to do in this situation.

I would really appreciate it as its very annoying. Especially when playing Touhou.

I've got a video up that details the problem. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=eydJGSvv4V4&feature=channel_page

if you were recording the screen i'd say that those images artifacts are caused by defective hardware which in this case would mean your videocard isn't good anymore.

if it only happens when you play a game, that's because that's when the vga gets stressed.

might start appearing as soon as you bootup if it gets worse..

but i'm not sure, if you've recorded from your pc and those artifacts still appear.
