Perhaps we should pay Yamame a visit and ask her if she knows what the deal with the silver-haired guy and the sudden outburst of faeries is. Or whether if anything else has been happening lately, really. Thoughts?

> Head south regardless.

>She comes and goes at random, it seems. Living out in the wilds tends to free one from any kind of itinerary.
>You make your way southward.  Soon, the tunnel widens to a chamber lined with stalactites and stalagmites, with numerous large spider webs woven between them. Many of these webs are positioned in strategic positions to catch bats as they fly out for the evening, while others are placed to be seen, and bear words woven into them such as "Kourindou Reopened!" and "Try the Fried Mushrooms at Yuzu's!" To the far southern side of the chamber, you can see the way to the surface. As well, your practiced eye catches a shaft in the ceiling which leads to Yamame's personal quarters.
>You also see Yamame hanging from the ceiling near one of her bat-catching webs, fiddling with the silk. She waves at you as she looks over.

From what this series has presented to far, it's fairly safe to assume humanoids don't try to eat other humanoids.

Technically we have been give in-game confirmation that certain canon characters have done this. Though not to ones that were still living at the time.

And in a totally unnecessary extrapolation, would it even be possible to eat a fairy? If they go poof when they're injured much, wouldn't they just vanish on you if you tried it?

That was just a bizarre idea that came out of that mention of "monster" from the faeries back there, I figured it wouldn't be the case but I wanted to make sure.
