I can see where you're coming from. The only thing that you can change is turning her head more to the left. Maybe. It doesn't look weird either way, though, at least to me.

her head did turn out kind of weird, mostly because i didn't notice it until later and didn't want to go back and fix it.

The way I see it, that pose is possible to do in real-life, although by stretching your arm behind a bit, so obviously there's no real serious mistake there.
