KrackoCloud: The simplicity of the design was really appealing to me. Reimu really fits that look.

kinoko: Alice looks nice in anything, couldn't resist a vote.

Other comments:
Merp: I like the usual chaotic effect, but couldn't really tell what was going on with the design. Might just be me.
Freeze-Ex: Amazing, but couldn't see enough of the design to make a good judgement about it. That Thank You is just high octane moe fuel.
EP: Couldn't really see an Iku there.
Vento: I swear you make everyone you draw into テライケメンs
Pasu: Really nice, and I was stuck between this or kinoko's Alice. Liked the HUD
Sixten: Looks nice, but I thought just recolouring from the reference pic was a bit uninspired.

Because of my lack of Fire Emblem knowledge, I just gave my votes to what I thought were the best looking ones. Freeze's storyboard is gorgeous and looks like it could be in an actual game, particularly the background in the last frame. Pasu's Medi also looks great, although something bugs me about her hidden right shoulder.

Kinoko's and Vento's also look great. Vento, however, is under the effect of the "no winning streaks" rule and Kinoko narrowly missed the cut for looking unfinished.

I swear my jaw dropped when I saw that. I always wondered from your art thread how long it usually takes you to draw something of this quality, because you're totally my favourite artist in this place (and that's saying a lot!). As for Kracko's design, I'm just a sucker for clear and crisp drawings -- if anything, what's missing is Reimu being overdressed like most of the sources I've checked  :derp:

As for the runner-ups, Pasu and Sixten are, as usual, out to HNNNNNG everybody just by existing and doing a really good job at it. Merp is still doing a great job, but I felt the style was slightly out of place for Fire Emblem (from my limited knowledge on the series), and Vento, I totally would've voted for if their drawing was finished, because do you guys know what this competition needed? A well-drawn Tenshi  :V

By "Sailor Suits" you mean "the sailor-style Japanese girls' school uniform", right? I'm going to do Cirno and Suwako in Kamichu school uniforms with a lily pad and lotus flower. Stop me if this doesn't meet the criteria.

Here the drawings are themed and sometimes you can believe that it's too hard for you or that it does not focus with the problem that you are having, so you can use too the "Post Your Artwork" to post your drawings, sometimes I post some random heads there to get tips about how to fix it
