> "All right, then let's go."
> Take flight as best we can with the animmal in our hands and head westward to the human village.
>You leave the shrine, Kasen following close behind you. You hold onto the snake-turned-bird firmly, and while it struggles against your grasp, you have no problems keeping a good hold on it and flying forward at your average pace. It does not take long to leave the forward behind. Now that she's mentioned it, here and there in the forest and the fields leading up to the town, you can see the odd ghost, just sort of floating around like an autumn leaf in fallen in a still pond. They don't really be doing much other than drifting around, though they do give you kind an uncomfortable feeling just by being there. As you draw closer to the village, they grow more and more numerous, until you can see literally hundreds of them floating over and around it. You can see them drifting between houses, as though caught in a breeze, hovering over the roads, and congregating around houses. The streets aren't nearly as busy as before, but there's still a surprising amount of people trying to go around their daily business.
>"Reimu must be away dealing with this," says Kasen.
