i've been bitten by the arrow that is Jojo's bizzare adventures let me just warn you all

that sakuya started off as an easy sketch to colour and then when i finished line art i cursed myself for doing it at such a low resolution AFTER WHICH i then proceeded to torture myself over the various ways to draw her knives i even used the manga as references but it was to no avail and then um ok no one reads this anyway right.. goddam that sakuya took way too long to finish

Is that spinny thing supposed to kill you when you go under it? Sometimes it doesn't.

The hitbox is on the spikes, so it is possible to time it just right and avoid them when you run under it.

I'm using Construct 2, which is sorta similar to Gamemaker.

My challange for you: pass walking under the ball without dying

And I think that the game can become better if you make the jump height more precise by holding the jump button instead of jumping always a fixed height.

You can shorten your jump by quickly hitting down right after you jump. I am going to experiment more with different kinds of jumping styles though.

a better challenge is to clear the ball without using your double jump

I like the fixed double-jump. It could be expanded being two holding-down style jumps like in RBA, that'd be rad

2. Try tapping the jump button.
3. Try holding down the jump button, see the difference.
4. Die horribly.
5. Respawn and try the same with double-tapping
6. ??
7. Profit
