Can you read sheet music? Do you wish you could play your favorite songs without having to learn it by ear?
Then look no further! I'm currently taking requests from people who want to see anything from their favorite melody to entire pieces of music put onto paper. Er... pixels.

Are you accepting any kind of requests or Touhou-only requests? Also do you create the music sheets by ear or do you use a software to create it for you?

Both! This is a great way for me to find new music and share it with others.
I do it by ear since I've been a musician for about 15 years now. Have any things in mind?

Finale is a pretty good program that is great for exporting MIDIs to other sound editing programs, so by getting these parts down into the program, even if others have tabbed them out before, is good for the remixing community.
And I'm starting to get a hold of writing for percussion...
EDIT: Don't be fooled by the saxophones and trumpet, the alto is playing the fifth of the melody (concert D-F-A) and the tenor is an octave below the trumpet :D

Before I continue onto the middle section (after dinner), let me know if this is what you mean by easy:

Essentially I have left out all of the runs, added a bass line that contains the tonic foundation and rhythm of the song, and mapped out the melody for you.
The middle section will just have more chords and syncopation on the right hand once I figure out the harmonies.

Well I am trying to study music by myself. So I am getting some piano sheets and using a program called LMMS to create a song from this sheet and uploading in youtube 4 the fun.

I liked the Cave Stage the most, so I chose that one. I've uploaded the .pdf, .mus, and a .txt file with some of my notes I made while I was writing it.

Aha, I though it was weird that there would be no transcriptions of a theme from Madoka.

Seems like the only guy who does it is Lyra here (http://musescore.com/user/4421/sets/45103), and he does it for harp.
And there still are music which isn't transcripted, including such good ones as Salve and Venari strigas.
So, Bkmycket still has Madoka themes to translate, if he wants to. :3 Though it's not a full request already, just an assumption for a case when he won't have anything to do.

I can do this for you, but the harp piece is very similar to what I would write for piano. Let me know if you still want it, or want to choose another piece.

Not a Japanese song, but could you possibly do Somebody to Love by Queen? The sheet music I have at home is pretty much just melody line + C instrument, and I'm looking for percussion and all of the backing vocals stuff on top of the melody and various C instruments.
I can provide a link when I get home if needed, though it probably won't be hard to find on YouTube.

Since I've done one for delfigamer already, I will first do Kilgamayan's full band arrangement :D Then I will do Salve, unless someone requests Imitation Black, which sounded really cool when I listened.

Awesome, thanks! If it helps save you some time at all, I know the song is in A flat, and the vast majority of it (basically everything but the very beginning) is in 12/8. I guess you could do it all in 4/4 but that'd result in a lot of unnecessary triplet work.

Not exactly obscure or anything, and there are some sheets I found, but I mainly would like to see a piano version similar to this (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=WetXwdVEOfs). Cause the straight out transcriptions sounds a bit empty as most songs turn out to be. As I said before, do it whenever you feel like, because even I know sometimes it gets boring working on one thing for days on end.

I'm currently teaching myself the guitar right now, but I'm still not great. I wonder if I could request a version of Septette that's isn't too hard?
e: Actually, a much more personal request, if you're available of course. I wonder if you could make sheets from this (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=hqt5kA6z_o0), both for the guitar part, and the viola part in a way that's playable on the violin. It would mean a lot.
