Oh snap, I forgot to update!

So hey, let's look into the magical world of my sketchbook. It's a crazy place full of things that only the insane minds can comprehend, hence why it is my sketchbook.

Oh look, I got an image in my signature. Finally.

ALWAYS.
The panel in the top right makes me think that he's wearing a tinted monocle. Bad-ass tinted monocle. I just love the way you do facial expressions.

Anyway, who is that character? Forgive me I don't know.  :ohdear:

Nu is from Blazblue, and she is Ragna's psychotic cyborg "girlfriend" and, by genetic hooplah, his sister. Blazblue is crazy like that, and is not afraid to show its love towards sibling love.

And I'm not afraid to show my love towards Blazblue.  :V

Sudden change of pace! Remember how my last thread claimed that I would post MIDI works that I've done, should I ever get up off my lazy ass and work on a MIDI? Me neither, but I decided to upload one of my first original MIDI pieces. It was my first, and I've remade it A BIT as of recent, but it's still nowhere near done. This is the original version, so please judge in the past tense.

Yeah, I was no (and still am not) ZUN when it comes to mixing, and this is no Septette for the Dead Princess.

Hey, is that a Yamame crawling around on my desk?

Methinks I should update a bit more. I've had some annoyances pestering me, such as exams, but regardless, I will prevail to get more work up. Eventually.

I feel ever so forgotten. It's because Yamame hasn't popped up, isn't it? Well fine, I'll get her to appear here tomorrow, so long as I don't forget her and you don't forget me.

In the meantime, enjoy this year-old card I made, because I've been working on my portfolio more than anything as of recent, and I feel inadequate about posting any of it before sending it off. Though one or two images have leaked onto the interwebs by my hand, let's not talk about those for now. Instead, let's play some Touhou on motorcycles-- I mean Blackjack.

I wouldn't forget you, Pato.

And the card looks cool~

Maybe the bats would look cute if they had some creepy little grins. Hmm, but that would probably ruin the mood of the picture. Yeah, that's a stupid idea. Forget that.

Ah jeez, Yamame went and scuttled off somewhere. Lemme go get her... In the meantime, enjoy this picture from my portfolio.

I can tell you improved a lot from the first picture, I'm guessing it was made recently... The emotions on the face look the best, in my opinion. The body and everything else looks great too~.

OH GOD KOGASA SURPRISE.

Been checking out what I missed, and it looks great! You've improved quite nicely, but if you don't mind any criticism on that yamame surprise picture:
Spoiler:
The sleeves are a bit off. making them conform to the shape of the arm or puffing it out for ambiguity would make it look much better. Instead of straight lines from the shoulder to the rest of the sleeve, putting in some inconsistency would make it look more realistic, too.  Something like this might help (sorry for my kinda-bad edit)

Keep up the good work! :)

I don't mind critiques at all. Personally, I wouldn't mind a couple more popping up every so often! Yours definitely helps, since I don't draw outstretched arms nearly enough. Much appreciated~!

Also, the work on Ramona/the angel is actually a little old. Pre-Christmas old, in fact. I know it may make me look like a lazy ass, but I think she was one of the few works I went 100% effort on, because I loved the design I made for her. Works like, say, the hug and kiss one from a week ago, were more for fun, and works like the little near-death kiss from the beginning of December were more about the concept. No less, I make sure that serious works like that get a minimum of 85% effort. Art is one of the few things I excel at AND can use as a future job, so I have to push myself to work at least above average.

Oh snap, suddenly journal entry-sized post.

Well, I am rather annoyed right now. I have no quality options towards placing pictures onto my computer because the main household computer is frozen in a way I don't even KNOW how it got into, therefore disallowing use of the printer/scanner, and my own personal printer/scanner sucked so much that I never use it, and does not work. Also, my sound is b0rked on my own comp! GAAAAAAAAH!

SO, in order to feint an update, please enjoy whatever this is.

So hey, anyone remember that fic I'm writing that's on my dA? Yeah, this is part of it, I guess. Note that there are some errors on these characters because I just wanted to give their basic images. If you haven't read it, go over to dA and read it. Don't worry, it's only got a curse word or two whenever Kensei gets ticked. It gets worse, MUCH WORSE, later on, but I still haven't written that, so cheers.

Scanner's working now, so have this little experiment I did. I enjoyed drawing in other styles, and should try doing the same thing with MotK artists.

I don't know which style you did the best, Devont's style maybe~?

Looks pretty nifty, Pato.

[nsfw]http://s654.photobucket.com/albums/uu263/PatorikkuDoiru/?action=view&current=Sketchbook2.jpg[/nsfw]

The stuff that happens in my sketchbooks tend to get a little dirty. The reaction image on this one, however, was irresistible, and HAD to be posted.
