I'm probably not the best source of criticism but oh well:
The Utsuho is really great! I love the hand for whatever reason!
The Cirno one is good, though you might want to add a few lines to her wings? They seem a little spatially ambiguous, and for a while I thought the other side of her wings was missing.
Nazrin is good too. Her mouth seems a little much to the right, which makes it seem like her mouth protrudes a bit from her face. Given, she's a mouse, so that might have been what you were aiming for, but I'm just putting that out there in case.

I've seen lots of pictures by you around here. I'd say it's pretty good.
Your style seems pretty well developed, and you seem very comfortable with it. Enough so that it's beyond minor technical things like proportions and what not.
I suggest trying to draw something that leaves the viewer with some kind of 'feeling', or something memorable.
Not saying that I'm like an expert or anything(since I have a lot to polish up on). Just saying that you seem 'good' enough to take 'a few more steps forward' now.

For example, adding a silhouette of a dragon behind her with 2012 somewhere in there would likely leave the viewer with the 'Oh, it's a happy new year of the dragon' kind of feeling (This would also better portray the reason why you drew this to begin with: because it's the year of the dragon). That, to me, would be a lot more memorable than just a pencil sketch of a character. This would also be more effective especially if the viewer isn't a fan of the particular character that you drew, in this case Meiling(whom I am not necessarily a fan of). [The good/bad thing about fan art is that 1) It's easier to portray the character of the character since it's already been established outside, 2) but because of this, the viewer already has pre-conceived prejudices(good or bad) of that character. As an example of this, I might like a picture you draw of Alice more than this, even if it might be the same/slightly worse. Which is why the impression you create in the drawing is as important as the character you draw. As another example, consider the differences between a moe Remillia and a charismatic Remillia picture. ... Hmm, did I get a bit side-tracked here? Oh well]

I'm not sure if all of what I said is entirely accurate since I don't really pay too much conscious attention to these things myself (since I'm working on my style first). Not to mention that I'm very inexperienced in this sort of this, so sorry if I'm wrong, or if I offended you in any way.

To be honest, I didn't really draw her so much for the current year, but just for the fact that I simply wanted to. Meiling is one of my favorite characters. I attempted to draw her months ago, but it came out so horribly that I gave up. This time I pushed myself to try again with, as you can see, better results.

I was aiming for more of a hipster/contemporary kind of theme, but I guess it changed a little;;;

This is meant to be an attempt at a more realistic style but not full-blown realism because I don't think I'm skilled enough for that yet.

I'm just looking for things on anatomy like the length of the arms or the position of the head or whatever.

Also there's supposed to be a glowing orb of light in her right hand but I forgot it. I'll add it in later.

I would reccomend making the braids a look bit less stiff. Other than that you're off to a good start.

Hm, I'm not sure if I qualify for things like this since I'm not that good at realism, but here is a bit of a critique/tips-of-sorts that I did. Just personally, I don't really like blatant lips, so I would just suggest it by shading it. Kind of like the Baccano artist does Chane's (Black haired girl on the right edge) lips.
It really all depends on how much you want far along you want to go along the sliding scale of realism vs stylism. Baccano/Drrr art, as an example, would be around the middle, leaning more on the stylistic/manga side.
