Remapping Keys

My new keyboard can't detect "Shift+z+right", so yeah. What's a good program that can re-map keys without needing to restart the computer to change? The in-game key config only works with game pads(99% sure), and I don't want to restart my computer every time I wanna play, then restart it again to change back.

I use this one by Mefidex.

It's a matter of doing simple adjustments to the configuration file, and you're basically all set.
