PoFV easy mode final stage with shiki, no lives lost, full hp, 77mil score and Reimu was about to die. 10 seconds later managed to lose all my hp and 1 life. It would have been the best easy score ever considering previous best score reached 70mil score at the moment reimu died...

Sleepy Touhou.  All of those deaths were a "What, there was a bullet there?" except for the death on UFO grab, where it was "What, there was an enemy there?"

I came so close to caping VoWG despite not even being able to get up to it normally(score.dat downloading ftw!).
I died as Kanako had 2 seconds of health left.

God died at stage 2 on UFO, impossible -.-....Hard mode blind run, haven't played touhou 12 in some time, only normal mode and other touhou games, so hard balancing which one to be specialised in. Normal mode is fine, can do hard on some Touhou games, but this is just annoying -.- not paying attention well not trying.

So there were her black holey swirly thingies everywhere trying to poke me.  And one of them did and I dinged and was pushed into a corner.  The second I regain control and snap out of invincibility fairies enter through that corner.  I was killed by a common low level fairy.

Just playing MoF on normal difficulty myself, and I got beaten by Kanyanko's last spellcard.

Why I cannot finish any Touhou games since Touhou 10 !!

So I decide to do some TD runs for the tournament, and I end up with a 63.8M run on Normal, considerably better than my last best.

Then I look at the slowdown: 6.6%, so I can't submit. That'll teach me to play with lots of stuff in the background.

Game over Byakuren's second nonspell. Died twice to Sinkable Vortex with the second one thinking I could make a certain dodge. I didn't. Also died with a bomb in stock on Shou's final nonspell on a dodge I really should have gotten right. Died and bombed Walls of Justice.

With the 3 bombs I did die with, I could have at least gotten to Byakuren's third card, maybe final nonspell or Devil's Recitation. Still not enough resources to 1cc with for me unless I somehow capped her final 3 cards on Lunatic without ever having gone against them, which would be highly unlikely..

Fails in the run include

Dying to stage 4 midboss Nue
Dying to Sinkable Vortex with a bomb in stock
Dying to Shou's first nonspell in the way I did, but I would have died to RTG anyway.
Dying to walls of justice, again.
Dying to Shou's final nonspell with 2 bombs in stock while using the safespot.

Those extra resources could have easily gotten me to Superhuman or LFO.

But I still don't feel close to doing this yet.


Also, is the replay uploader for UFO on Gensokyo.org screwing up for anyone else. I tried uploading some of my recent runs, but it shows up on the thing as Practice Stage 4 instead of a normal run. Then whenever I downloaded the replay to check I was getting some random hard run and not my Lunatic run.


Edit: game over on Byakuren's final nonspell. Died with 2 bombs in stock on walls of justice. Still not really close as there's still some BS attacks in the game, so I have to not screw up the ones that aren't BS.

And can't you just memorize Nue in Stage 4? It must really suck to lose a life there. That's like equivalent of losing two lives because you don't get a 1-up.

At least your at stage 6 that's worth somthin'  Im still in practice mode grinding out stages 2-4.   :derp:  anyways SanaeA + UFO Extra=pain for me.  but this is prob cuz i tried getting two extra lives while not losing any for like a half hour.  fff and i had some decent runs too... I was like i want moar lives even tho i dont need them orz

I Finally beat her today and the Fujiwara no Mokou fight. I played and am now regretting doing so. (I will beat her somehow....)
