My game will be an Anonymous game, yes. I will repost signup info within the next day or two. I advise that no one sign up just yet, unless they remember the character selection process.

On second thought, I'll just repost it and let people sign up as they will.

Just finished my setup for Moriya Shrine Revolution. In addition to Anonymous Succinct, this game will be Bastard Mod Role Madness, and has been checked over and approved by a reliable source that will, of course, remain Anonymous. Enjoy looking forward to that.

Rather than go for any one specific character theme, and because I can't be bothered to write up a list of selectable characters (especially when the Write-In option is so popular), I'm going to force the Write-In option on everyone. You can pick anyone you think you can roleplay. Doesn't matter if they're real or imaginary, doesn't matter if they're human or otherwise. The one rule I will enforce is a name rule: only characters with given names that start with S or family names that start with M will be selectable. Bonus points if you can get both at the same time, unless your choice is Stephanie Meyer, in which case I'll be forced to get Hina to curse you. (Make sure you know the difference between given name and family name: trying to get away with a choice like "Sonozaki Mion" won't fly.) I would also ask people not to select Touhou characters, just to get the creative juices flowing. I know my game is a ways off, but this just means you'll have plenty of time deciding who you want to be.

The setup can be easily modified for any number of players between 13 and 17. I'd rather not go below 13 if I can avoid it, but if I have to I will. 17 is a concrete upper cap.

I don't mean to toot my own horn, but...well, actually, yes I do. I'm such a popular frog goddess that I actually had someone sign up for this game after that message was originally written. I would like to ask that person to confirm that they are still playing with the character they chose, however, just for the same of clarity.

This game will probably not start for a couple of weeks due to real-life concerns. It's also not a bad idea to put a couple of weeks in between games, just to give people a bit of a cooldown period.

One last thing to take care of! My co-mod needs an introduction. Well, to be honest, she doesn't really need one, but I'm going to give her one anyway. Unlike Kanako, who is a stupid useless whore, my co-mod is a fellow Gensokyo native that I might actually consider being tsundere for. She may also be stupid, but she's not entirely useless, and she's certainly not a whore, so that makes her better than snakebitch by default. (She also tastes pretty good, but that's neither here nor there.) Please send sign-up PMs to both of us, so we both have records of who is playing.

Once she has posted (which she tells me will be right after I post), consider Moriya Shrine Revolution signups officially open!

Having received three signups so far that are characters I've never heard of, I am reminded to request that people provide their own avatars for their accounts. Please PM me this avatar as you sign up, if possible. (If you've already signed up, sent it as a second PM.)

11 12 15! have signed up. At this point I think I will be content with 13, given the slow trickle of signups.

Also, for handy reference, here's a list of players so far, and what they are from (to the best of my knowledge, in some cases). Players with asterisks still need to provide me avatars.

Stuff Man (MotK Forums)
Gamzee Makara (MSPaint Adventures)
Shoe (Dungeons and Dragons OC)
Sandor Clegane (A Song of Ice and Fire)
Satoshi Houjou (Higurashi no Naku Koro ni)
Evangeline A.K. McDowell (Mahou Sensei Negima) (Your avatar broke on me, reupload plox)
Stone Mason (Uh...stonemasonry)
Sailor Moon (Sailor Moon)
Miyako Miyamura (ef - a tale of memories)
Saki Morimi (Eden of the East)
Shannon (Umineko no Naku Koro ni)
Summerbrown Leaves (Some original thing)
Steven Stone (Pokemon Ruby/Sapphire)
Roddy MacStew (Freakazoid!)
John McClane (Die Hard)

Well hey, I actually got 14! Given the circumstances, I'm actually not going to start the game just yet, as I put out a few feelers to people I know and some of them haven't talked to me about it yet. Watch for role PMs in the near future, though!

Okay, I've got 15! This should be good to go. The full 17 would have been nice, but oh well

At least I know what to trim to keep the game pretty balanced.

Time to figure out who gets what!

Gonna need to push my game back one spot in the queue, so Sakana should go first. Sorry about that. I'm trying to get Internet Mafia on MS up and running and I dislike starting two games close to each other. I've run two games at once before fine, it's just the starting is the hardest part.

Oh hey, the current game is ove--- wait a, I'm next? Oh damn.

Alright, it will be a few more days before I have stuff ready, so there's enough time for signups. No upper limit on the player-number, as far as I am concerned. The game-version I'm using as a base allows up to 18 players, irrc.

Also, I definitely need a co-mod, preferrably someone from the US time-zones, since I'm rarely gonna be around at the times when things get active in the game.

Alright, since I was threatened, I should put down more information:

This game will be based on the real-life-version of Werewolf that I know, since I'm curious how it will play out online.
What is to be expected: Lots of roles (though most are pretty basic, so I dunno if Role Madness applies)

Originally, the game works without the werewolfes having any powers (meaning all roles are Town. Don't even ask, it's meant for short real-life-games :V ).
However, for this game here, alignments and roles will be shuffled. Meaning, there will be no linking of roles and alignments in any way. Every role could either go to a Villager or Werewolf.
I take the freedom to reshuffle if one side gets too many powerroles though.
I won't claim that the game will be balanced though, most likely it will not.
Information about the possible roles in the game will be given as the game starts.

Aside from the roles, there will be no special gimmicks to the game.

Also, let's use this space for Signups:

Co-mod: Serpentarius

1) NeoSerela
2) Choja
3) Chaore
4) UncertainKitten
5) Nobu
6) Bardiche
7) Kilgamayan
8) Huh what
9) Kefit
10) Polaris
11) Prody
12) Affinity
13) Zakeri
