Manga cake query

Hi everybody.
My friend just got a cake delivered with manga decorations on it. She's curious to know if it's a series or just made for the cake.
Anyone recognise it?

Little bit of google searching on that Alpha Culture name turned something up.

From what I can tell it's from Balala The Fairies, a Chinese magical girl series. Only the opening/ending are animated - the rest is live action.

Here's someone's blog post about it.
