There is a theory that she is a Lunarian and is actually a clone of Eirin which is why the pharmacist seems to know her in Imperishable Night. Sakuya's time stopping ability was actually a by-product of a Lunarian experiment to explore that kind of power and that Eirin made Sakuya's watch to amplify and regulate her ability.

Your thoughts on the matter?
