The story title and the (NSFW) tag should tell you all you need to know, but I'm a blowhard so I'm going to keep talking anyway.

This is my first (and probably only) Touhou story to focus on sexuality. It's available to read at:

I strongly suggest clicking the "Preface" link on that page before reading the story.

To get the disclaimers out of the way:

1. No, this story isn't part of the Ibunshu continuity. This is an offshoot story, taking elements from Ibunshu but not participating in it.

2. This story is absolutely not safe for work and contains adult sexual themes! ( :o ) Don't read if you still need Mommy's permission before ordering a movie on Pay-Per-View.

Virgin births are a common mythological premise though, so Suwako might not necessarily be a non-virgin.

Hmm. I sense a kindred spirit in the "making things more realistic" department. (I suppose the main difference is, UD aims for "What would be a more realistic way of doing this?" whereas my MO is "Here's what we've got, what would be a realistic explanation for it?" I'm not saying one of them is better or "more right," I'm just contrasting.) I haven't really explored this theme, though. ... and apart from the ridiculous name, "Sakurei" is certainly better-written than a lot of NSFW stuff.
